This jamba juice always has the best acai bowls. Other jamba stores like Pearlridge and moanalua are always watery by the time i want to eat it. The kid that always works alone in the morning has good customer service and knows how to multitask. He always gets my Acai bowls right;)

They were really quick with making our drinks; they also have the lychee smoothie. No bathrooms though.

wayy better than the one in Kaneohe

Ordered delivery and the food never arrived. Called the store and they couldn’t find my order but “remembered” making it. Called an hour later for a refund, no answer. There’s no way to request a refund through the app. Smoothie king would never.

I asked for my drink after I saw 7 customers’ drink were made when I know I ordered first before them, and Chad answered me that my order were online; is it worst to order it online because they won’t pay attention for it? That reason why I placed the order online was because it can be placed quicker seeing that they were busy making drinks, and I understand it was busy. After he made my drink, he didn’t even have it out and sat there for a while so I asked if I can have it and Chad said, “yeah.” It is disappointing that a word like “sorry” was not even by Chad or the girl.

This location is usually relatively fast and tidy. But today during what looked like two people switching out or one trying to go home. What i believe was the woman leading or in charge was yelling, flailing her arms, and cussing at this local boy more than loud enough for us to hear, thank god my children weren’t there. But seriously it looked like he tried calming her down or ending the altercation but I was definitely shocked considering this location is usually spot on. I would’ve said something but she had left before I could and the male went into the back so I didn’t bother checking on him.

Update: originally gave this place 4 stars for the longest time, but I swear this place will go out of business soon. They jack up the price of everything, especially the acai bowl, it's $10.50 now! Yea, and on top of they they were change on the bowl. Yea, bye jamba.

Original post: Service was good, sells person was very polite and friendly. The shake (orange dream machine) and acai bowl was made very well here.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THE GOOGLE LINK! It charged me $10.24 for a medium smoothie that is $7.79 in the store, plus there’s a service fee even with pickup. Serious rip off, and they do nothing (I don’t think they can) in the store when you ask about it. They were friendly about it, but the system is messed up. This needs to be fixed

The people who worked over there me and my friends the smoothies last, while we had order first from the long line. Everyone that order after us had left with their smoothies while I had to wait for mines a whole 10 minutes.
