Aloha. I normally don’t write reviews, but this experience really stood out, and NOT in a good way. Whoever’s managing this location seriously needs to do a better job making sure things are actually in stock. It's frustrating to wait in a long line, finally get to the front, and then be told half the items are unavailable. That said, I truly feel for the staff. They’re struggling with all the pressure and trying to make things work with what little they have. Despite the situation, the cashier recommended a substitution for my drink and I’m glad they did, because it actually turned out really good. Shoutout to them for staying positive and making the best of a bad situation. I’ve worked in the food industry for years, so It’s truly upsetting to see these workers not being treated fairly!

They Have Really Great Acai Bowls Smooties,And Parmeson Cheese Pretzel.
This place has some great drinks but they're just way over priced. A medium watermelon breeze is $9.79 and a large was $11.79. I didn't buy one... even for Hawaii It's expensive.

This has been going on for months and happening at various locations...I think the main office needs to change the menu! Their carrot juice machine is always under maintenance! Or it was cleaned ''an hour before closing'' so it can no longer be used...! If it's so hard to buy your carrot juice you should cancel this item on menu !

Get these workers some help! They have been lately understaffed and very slow … not their fault. Shut off their mobile orders and door dash Uber orders, the cannot keep up with the in person customers. Our drinks were melted and my bowl was basically a drink.
Upsetting place my order then the 2 customers that went after me got thier order before me. I asked how come the other customers got their order me. Their reply was I don't know. Seriously

When i was watching them..I thought they make it with fresh fruits, But they put ice creams in the blender and shake it up, and when i got the smoothie, i put it in the fridge to drink it later on, and then the smoothie started to go up and it was really mushy, and i think you workers need to start doing with real fruit and vegetables to blend with not ice creams.
