Do not go to this Jamba Juice they never blend it correctly and always seems to be missing ingredients. How would you not see a giant clump of fruit when you pour it into my cup? Wont be going to Jamba Juice anymore waste of money used to be good.

Sorry to say but this used to my our go to but about 3 months ago it has gone down hill esp because they hired a bunch of HS kids or college kids that don't probably follow measurements. Ordered 2 matcha green tea BOTH I repeat BOTH was frothy young guy at the register assured me that it's suppose to look that way. Both bland. Such a disappointment because we use to always frequent this location. Didn't bother to get a replacement for the drinks because we was already out the driveway. Whoever manages this location to please check on your employees or do a secret shopper even & you be the judge of this location.

Had some gift cards that were about to expire. Went to go and redeem and the girl working there tells me not to worry, this location will accept them after the deadline. Of course being the fool I am, believed her. Went back a couple of weeks later and they wouldn't accept them, even the app wouldn't validate. Thanks for wasting my time and money. Avoid.

The one in Koko Marina shopping center sucks. A redwood tree takes less time growing to full height. It took 20 minutes to get 1 drink and there were only 3 people ahead of me. 6 people working 3 of who were working on 1 acai bowl. The others were just walking around like they were stoned. I had to put one star to post review. They don't deserve that

I love Jamba Juice but this location has been consistently skimping on their drinks. I chalked up my drink 3 days ago as being a mistake but this is the second time in a row that my drink from this location has been well below the lid. And this isn't the first time either, a few drinks from earlier in the year have been well below the lid as well. Seems to be a constant at this location, in my experience. Avoid this location, go to another Jamba Juice location if you can.

This Jamba is the closest to my home, also it's just across the street from my favorite nail salon. What made me come over this time was because the gang at Emma's Nails wanted an order of Kale-ribbean Breeze. At first I never heard of it and wasn't sure of that flavor. Right after my mani/pedi appointment, I went straight over to order us drinks. The barista knew of it, but wasn't sure how to plug it into the cash register. Now I've learned it's actually from Jamba's secret menu! I had no idea they had a secret menu! I guess it makes sense as other eateries like Starbucks and In-N-Out also has one too. It's much more convenient to order your drinks and get them quickly via the Jamba mobile app. Store employees work very fast. Lots of convenient and free ample parking that shares with Ward Village. One can only wish they were found more in Airports as Starbucks or other coffee shops are are in just about every Airport in every city.

The big Hawaiian lady made me a really good açaí bowl because I explained how I don't like it melted. She seems to be in charge over there but she does a great job!

Ordered 3 low fat Oaties, only got 2. Also ordered a greens and Ginger smoothie, tasted like water and ginger ??♂️ Do better.

Highly recommend the tropical dragon fruit Jamba with tapioca boba! Yummy Goodness! Quality customer service! You will not be disappointed! Ask for Steph if ever in Ward Jamba! Her special pineapple concoction is simply delish! Plus her humor and quality customer service will keep you rolling and wanting to order more!
Okay, I hardly review places but I have to here. This is the first time I've visited this location, I live in Kaneohe. When I walked in I was nicely greated by Allen B. His customer service was absolutely outstanding!! He worked efficiently. He packed my smoothie and bowl so nicely in a bag with a square cupholder cut in half on the bottom AND WALKS OUT FROM BEHIND THE COUNTER TO DELIVER IT TO THE CUSTOMERS! I never saw such a thing! His nice smile, customer service, and eyes that melt you lol I would drive from Kaneohe to get my Jamba (okay mbe not). Good job Allen! So refreshing to see someone who has good customer service in an establishment like this.

Located in Ward area near Consolidated Movie Theatre, this Jamba Juice like many are located adjacent to Starbucks. This works well for me so that I can get my health and caffeine fixes at the same time. Usually lots of parking available at this location unless it's peak hours. Many healthy choices, but I normally get a green smoothie and acai bowl. The surrounding area is a mix between older and newer developments. This is not quite in the newly developed SALT Kakaako blocks, but very nearby and several of the new buildings are a close walk away. This immediate area could use a new facelift, especially in comparison to a lot of the new shiny buildings nearby.

I ordered a roasted tomato, spinach, feta cheese sandwich with my orange dream Jamba and was most disappointed. The sandwich was not hot, just lukewarm. The inside of the sandwich was barely lukewarm and parts of it still frozen. Very disappointing.
