Ordered 2 acai primo bowls and 1 small C Booster - this was the worst yuck watered down spoiled C booster and 2 acai bowls. I would skip this location not worth the money

No bathroom for customers - very bad. As even the other shops in the same building are in the same predicament. They say you need to walk across the street and use the Jack n the Box toilets.

The Mango smoothie was absolutely delicious. The service was lacking, though. The he,she,they guy who took my order, didn't bother to make eye contact and seemed agitated about something.

Haven’t been here for a while. I will say I won’t be coming back for another few years. The Girl staff was very rude. Looks like she just wants to go back on her phone. Probably dealing with something on that phone.The guy who there was super nice. The drink he made was really good. 5 star for him.
My 75 yo grandmother who uses a cane and is disabled ordered my usual drink as we frequent that site a lot. Asked if she could use restroom & was told it was broken. Was told by manager Jaee with black framed glasses to go across street to Jack in the Box and use theirs. She asked them if that’s what they have to do, he smirked and replied “if we have to”. There was a sign on the restroom door that it was broken. The attitude and professionalism in handling this matter was absolutely inappropriate. We will report/seek advice from American Disability Association. My grandmother is not pleased and feels slighted, says we will not frequent JAMBA JUICE anymore.

Something new and weird happened with my order? I ordered an Orange Dream w/ Strawberry boba, something I've done a number of times but this is the first time they (staff) "blended" the boba in the smoothie. I anticipated seeing my boba at the bottom of the cup but none! Is that the new way Jamba is serving boba?
