Everytime I call this location, no response. I needed to change something on my order and they don't answer the phone. My order got screwed up twice because I couldn't reach anyone at that location. Poor

It seems hard to find a raw juice shop in Honolulu but this shop helps to an extent. They offer freshly squeezed orange or carrot juice, or both orange and carrot. Quite expensive - nearly $11 for large but you get quite a lot of juice. It's a shame that other freshly squeezed juice is not available. Service is poor. Staff need to be trained to be pleased to serve customers. They offer samples of drinks with listed ingredients which is good. But I was not sure for how long they had been on the counter without a cover. This shop is in the food court of the Ala Moana shopping centre. Near the Hilton Hawaiin Village which no longer has a raw juice store (they did in the past).

This has been going on for months and happening at various locations...I think the main office needs to change the menu! Their carrot juice machine is always under maintenance! Or it was cleaned ''an hour before closing'' so it can no longer be used...! If it's so hard to buy your carrot juice you should cancel this item on menu !

Fast service and quality beverages. Loaded my kids drink with boba and he loved it! Only recommendation is for the windows to be cleaned. Lots of fingerprints and smudges when we visited. Kinda ick.

I placed a big order for my son's birthday to take to his school. Kaila was super helpful, patient and kind when I placed the order the day prior and when I picked it up the next day. Since it was a big order I was concerned that there would be a mistake and the smoothies would be watery by the time we got to my son's school, but Kaila had the order all correct and the smoothies were perfectly thick by the time we got to my son's school.
