JCB Plaza Lounge

Located on the 2nd floor of Waikiki Shopping Plaza. I went there at the end of September 2024, and it was empty and quiet. Drinks include sweet latte, mocha, and tea. The restroom was outside the store. You can apply for tours etc. There were 3-4 operators at the counter. I was curious about the $40 bill for a taxi from my hotel in Waikiki to the airport, but I had already booked it elsewhere, so I didn't use it. Although it was smaller than Rakuten Lounge, it was a good place to take a break.

The lounge was clean and comfortable.
I had a delicious cafe mocha on a spacious sofa overlooking Kalakaua Avenue.
The eco bag I received was also reasonably small and came in handy during my stay.
Restrooms are shared on the floor and located outside the lounge (PIN code required)

I had a JCB card, so I was waiting in front of DFS to ride the Pink Line, which runs every 15 minutes, but it didn't come after 15 minutes, and when the Pink Line finally came after 30 minutes, there were over 20 people waiting. However, they refused to let me ride, saying, ``Only people getting off.''

I got ripped off for a taxi fare of $85 on the way out, and was told that if I paid with my JCB card, a taxi would pick me up at the airport for $40 (including tip), so I went there to make a reservation. It's on the second floor of Waikiki Shopping Plaza, and there's also STIX ASIA in the basement, so you can go there while having a meal. Rest assured with polite customer service in Japanese. Regarding Hawaii toilet information, if you present your JCB card, you will be given a PIN (Personal Identification Number) and you can use the toilet near the JCB lounge. This was my first time using the JCB lounge. I had a bed bug at the hotel I was staying at, so I went to seek help. Mr. NAOKO, who was in charge of the matter, was kind and courteous, and even contacted me as the hotel didn't have any Japanese staff. In the end, the hotel only changed the sheets. A male JCB staff member searched for a bed bug exterminator online and told me that this store had it. That night, a large number of bed bugs appeared, so I went to the lounge again the next day, talked to NAOKO, and arranged a new hotel. I was able to spend a comfortable time at the new hotel. I am truly grateful to NAOKO. Thank you very much!
I will also use it when I stay in Hawaii (^-^)

Hmm, what if you go to a lounge in Hawaii and they serve hot coffee, but the only cold drink you can get is water?
If cost is an issue, it would be nice if they could just provide a pitcher of barley tea. . . .
ANA's Mahalo Lounge and JTB Lounge are on the same floor, so I think that's better.

Honestly, I can't use it. . .

The wet sheets (towels) available at the Rakuten Card Lounge were extremely useful.
Also, they don't have a lineup of cold drinks, so Rakuten Card Lounge is generally better in that regard.

I think it would be great if you could participate in a JCB tour!

A new and clean lounge. I've used this lounge more than 100 times so far, so I'm sorry for the low rating, but the massage chairs that were there before are gone, and there are other things like free drinks, charger rentals, and a kids area. The service in the lounge is much better. In that sense, as mentioned in other people's comments, the lounge is empty. It might be a good idea to book an optional tour or just take a break. It's also nice that it's quiet because there aren't many children.

Lounge for JCB card holders (consultation desk)
They provide various support for using your card, such as making restaurant reservations and introducing local tours.
When you go to Hawaii, if you just show up, you'll receive a small gift?.
You can also use it to use the restroom or take a break when you get tired from walking around Waikiki. It's a place worth remembering.
