One of the smoothest shaved ice in Honolulu. They have several flavor, the fruity mango and strawberry are one of the best. They quite pricey but it's definitely worth to try. The ice taste like snow. They do have 1 hour time limit

They did/do great with Covid precautions considering how many tourists come in and out. They’re super organized and the bingsu is super consistent! I recommend the matcha, mango, black sesame, and any seasonal flavors!

This place was usually too busy to try, but it was fantastic I can see why it's popular. You can easily customize your bingsu by removing or adding ingredients. You use the kiosk to order then pick up your food when it's ready. Take out is available.

I had the injeolmi strawberry bings. So refreshing, light, not heavy, fresh strawberry, and condensed milk, was so ono (delicious). I want to try the refresher drinks and the smoothies. The environment was excellent. Clean. There was an upper level sitting area. I didn't pay, so I can't make a comment on customer service. I want to try everything.

Jejubing Dessert Cafe specializes in Korean Shaved Ice desserts. It has a variety of Asian flavours and the shaved iced itself is a milky flavour rather than just ice itself. We got the large sized matcha shaved ice to share it was a good sized snack for four people. We ordered through the screen and grabbed a tag for the notification of our order, but we can pay cash at the counter or choose to pay by credit card. There are lots of seating but limited seating for only 1 hour. Entrance is from side facing the parking lot. Mango shaved ice was nice with a good amount of mango pieces and the shaved ice was very tasty with a hint of milk flavour. Good space to sit to chat with friends or lovers.

Bingshu, who knew!! Delicious! My new favorite-Korean form of shaved ice-but actually shaved ice milk-a must try!! Get extra condensed milk-you will thank me!

The shaved ice tastes good. However, when I entered the store, it smelled like rags, so I wanted to come out, but I had a friend with me, so I held on and ate it. The mop must not have been washed properly when cleaning the store, and the mop smelled sour that it ruined the taste of the shaved ice. As someone who loves Jeju shaved ice, I'm leaving a review because I hope it improves.
