Jolene's - Airport Location

It's difficult to get parking, there are a few stalls and street parking. It's right by Royal Hawaiian moving so big trucks are going in and out all the time making a lot of noise. I did enjoy sitting outside with a nice breeze even though it was noisy. I think I should have ordered something else, a burger or a specialty dish. I had the fish and chips but would not get it again. I would go back to try something else. The girl at the counter was very efficient and sweet. I'm sure its a great place for people working in the area to grab food there or for take out.

Absolutely delicious food! If you’re a fan of loco moco, I highly recommend trying the Smoked Brisket Moco at this place — it’s amazing. The meat is tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Also, don’t miss the strawberry slushie — it’s super refreshing. The prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. The staff were incredibly friendly, and my food came out so fast — I didn’t even have to wait more than 5 minutes. Wow!

Ordered smoked pork belly and the smoked brisket. It wasn’t appetizing. The pork belly was tough to eat, so dry and jerky like. It didn’t even look like it was smoked. It looked like it was tossed in the pan with some seasoning. The brisket was tasteless and dry. Also doesn’t looked smoked but rather roasted.

It was ok. Lobster roll was fresh but under seasoned. The roll was too sweet for my taste but I'm not docking points for that, it's just a preference thing. Fries were good and hot. Took almost 20 minutes for me to get my food (I was one of three orders) so consider not coming here if you are short on time for a flight.

Horror review of jolene's by the Honolulu international airport. This place is really easy to find if you can see the building with the big mural of the whales? It's right across the street from them on Ualena Street. You can't go wrong with barbecue brisket.
I tried the tuna melt. I thought it was okay not great but the fries like waffle fries are very crispy I like those. The papa smokes Burger is a double burger with a slice of beef brisket on it. It is a meal and a half you will not be hungry for dinner after that.
Definitely it's a hole in a wall right now but it's a nice place great food you got to check it out.

Visited on a whim while dropping someone off at the airport. Great food in a convenient location. Service was quick and food was delicious. Would recommend for anyone just flying in or out and have some time to sit and enjoy near the airport.

The staff members are holding babies while serving customers and working inside, and there is a baby cot in the food storage (refrigerator?) space, which I think is a bit sanitary.
