Love their food. Had a terrible drive through experience today they asked if it was okay to wait 10 minutes for gravy I said of course that was fine. After 30 minutes of waiting and seeing people who ordered well after me get their food before I did I had enough went inside and they gave me my order yes they said sorry, but sorry doesn’t do anything for me.

The food is okay, but they never have all sides available. But insist on giving a cup of gravy whether you want it or not. Will not give BBQ sauce for dipping 🤷, only comes on prepared BBQ chicken 🥴. (Which is a fried chicken with barbecue sauce on it 🤦). Only wings thighs, and drumsticks. No white meat.. fries are limp and oily..
Biggest issue is incredibly slow service. Whether 2 or 10 people in the store 20min wait..

As an Uber driver, I had a very disappointing experience at this location.
While picking up an order, two female employees loudly and repeatedly demanded that I confirm the pickup before the food was handed to me. According to Uber policy, drivers must confirm only after physically receiving the order. I explained this clearly.
Despite that, they continued raising their voices and repeating the demand in an aggressive manner, treating me as if I intended to take the order without confirming it.
This behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. Drivers are partners in the delivery process and deserve to be treated with basic professionalism and respect.

I’ve been coming to Jollibee ever since I was a little kid. Growing up, I would always get Jollibee whenever I could and honestly I still do to this day. The food is always amazing bro, especially the chicken and gravy and it lowkey brings back good memories every time I go.
The place is usually clean, the staff are nice and the food comes out pretty fast even when it’s busy. It’s one of those spots that just feels familiar and comfortable to go back to. Definitely still one of my go to fast food places.

If you ever come across a Jollibee, get some. We had it for the first time in Chicago and when we found out there was a location is Hawaii, we made it a goal to find it! The chicken was so thick and crunchy!! You heard it in the bites, and the noodles with the sauce and hot dog pieces cut up..Chefs Kiss!! The customer service was also very friendly, it's rare in fast food places. We took it back to our hotel, said our prayers and devoured the food lol I wish there was Jollibee in Colorado.

Do not order through the app at this location. Sent in my order at 5:30 for a 7:30 pickup. Got to the store at 7:20 and was told I need to wait until at least 7:35 for my order. I went back in at 7:35 and it was still not ready. At 7:42 I finally got my food. I do not understand how a preorder cannot be fulfilled early when the food is not cooked to order. The enter shelf was full of chicken but they would not expedite my order. I could made a new order and gotten my exact order in 2-5 minutes but this took 25 minutes to get. There was zero accountability or urgency. No apology for the late order. I would give this 0 stars if allowed
