After a long day of doctor appointments. My family and I decided to go to Jollibee. We ordered 3pcs chicken meal and a big yumburger meal with two pineapple juices. Food is good ain't going to lie. The reason for my 1 star is I didn't receive what I ordered, which is the big yumburger meal. I received something that wasn't on the menu. Now, this will be the second time that we ordered burgers and have not received it. I don't know if workers are just putting their own meals in my take out bag, or I should stop ordering any burger.

41 min waiting for simple order. This is ridiculous first time experience for me at this kind of fast food restaurant. Worst experience ever. No friendly staff either. After reminding that I’m already for 20 min. I’m still waiting for another 21 min. People order same meal and after me 12min received their order before me. She is also mad for this crazy service. Definitely never came back to this kind of restaurant.

The chicken ,mashed potatoes and gravy is the BOMB ... but the spaggetti to sweet , toddlers might like it. The adobo rice needs a change in recipe.

The manager was rude! I ordered a 12 bucket chicken and when I got home which was about 15 mins away I opened the box and only had 7 pieces of chicken. I called the restaurant and the manager who said that she did my order said she I know I had put 12 pieces of chicken in the box. I know how to count even my daughter counted and only had 7 pieces. So I went down got my 5 pieces of chicken and left. Why would I come back to get 5 pieces of chicken if there was only 7 pieces? Why would I lie about that! The manager should have said "ok I'm sorry for that, come back and I will give you the 5 pieces of chicken instead of insisting she put 12 pieces of chicken in the box! Never gonna go to Jollibee again!

The food was good, we ordered and enjoyed the freshly made fried chicken plate with adobo fried rice, mashed potatoes and brown gravy, a yumburger, fries were just as good as Ronald's. The best was the desert. We had to try the Peach/Mango turnover and it was so awesome. That we got a couple more to home for later. Poor cust svc...Promo going on and online only,it's not working..tried calling the store location and was told just keep trying and they can't do anything in-storebeen trying for how many hours now...seriously! Aloha, the staff at this location is awesome. Very quick, attentive and organized. The food here is also very good, crispy chicken and the mashed potatoes are good, gravy is amazing.
