Just so unfortunate, Ysabel isn’t nice. She’s the cashier and no good customer service. Her round eyes just stare at you, no smiles. Wouldn’t repeat the order to verify, and no “thank you”. Sad

Tried the spicy chicken joy, 6 pieces with gravy for $18.99, and it was good. The chicken was juicy and tasted very good and they tasted even better with the gravy. The service was very efficient and friendly.

Ngl. Jollibee have good, tender, juicy chicken. This filipino fast food chain is very popular and in my opinion better than chick-fil-a. Fries on the other hand...decent maybe comparable to McDonald's. I got the bacon and cheese chicken sandwich combo with 3 pcs chicken tenders ala carte. $20-ish for all is slightly expensive.
No comment on service. Staff was helpful, friendly, nice, and patience with me.
Location of the restaurant, near the entrance/exit makes it tough with people walking by and around you. It's good they identify the order line and waiting line...

They actually have spicy! We went through a shortage on the mainland (California) extra gravy with an order of spicy and you're good to go. Only downside is that it's in the middle of a hallway so a bit jarring to see an "Order" line on one side of the hallway, and a "Waiting" line on the other.

Jollibees, has some of the juiciest and crispiest fried chicken I have ever had. Slap some of their gravy on that chicken and you are golden. The spaghetti is not a traditional Italian sauce but a sweeter red sauce that I absolutely enjoyed.

Jollibee is located in the Ala Moana Centre level 1 food court and is not one of the stalls facing the food court but a little bit off to the side. There is a separate line for ordering and getting your food. Service was relatively quick. I got the jolly spaghetti and the 1 piece chickenjoy. It came with a complimentary small container of syrup. Taste was consistent with other Jollibee food chains.
