Small resto on the back side of SALT in Kaka’ako offering local style breakfast and Korean bbq. My friend, who is very picky about her bbq, lives this place so I decided to try the kalbi.Winnah winnah chicken dinnah! Or rather beef kalbi lunch - the smaller “bowl” version rather than the regular “lunch” size. The “bowl” came with sides of rice, corn and bean sprouts to complement six pieces of the most tender and juicy kalbi I’ve ever had!It was a little pricy at $15.95 but I usually divide my takeout into two meals - not this time, though, couldn’t help but demolish this all at once.The mixed plate and bento choices look like great deals, though, and I’ll be back to try them!

One of my favorite spots in Oahu! It's a small, unassuming, hole-in-the-wall place, but dont let the appearance fool you! The food is fresh and the prices are right! The Meat Jun is my go-to every time I visit Oahu!

Tables were dirty. Doors were open ( no ac?) with birds flying into restaurant , landing on tables, chairs. Unsanitary!

Beef stew was good, came with a scoop of rice and mac salad. Wish the scoop of rice was slightly larger for the amount of stew given. Lady at the front didn't look very happy. Food was good so I'll have to come back and try the other

Ok this place is worth leaving a review!!! I got the J’s special and EVERYTHING in the plate was flavorful and delicious!! There wasn’t a long wait time and the kids got to sit comfy while enjoying there fry chicken wings plate. This is definitely a place we’ll be returning to!!!
Kid-friendliness: The plate portion was enough to split with my two sons (3 and 8) and they were pretty full. There’s a tv and bench seating which keeps the kids occupied.

Rude counter service woman who clearly didn’t like the color of my skin. She sounded so annoyed answering questions about the menu. Bbq beef was tough. Go elsewhere.
My friends and I were tourists looking for a place to eat in this neighborhood and after parking our rental (in the pouring rain), realized we needed quarters to pay for parking. I went in here to ask for change without saying we were coming here first, and the women at the front rudely dismissed me, she didn't even look up to acknowledge me. Needless to say, we decided not to come here and instead around the corner to Redfish Poke Bar (which we highly recommend because their food was bomb AND they gave me change for parking).If you're rude to a prospective customer before they even order, I can't imagine how you treat people who actually order.

Small location with BIG taste! The breakfast plate is delicious (I got the Bacon, over medium eggs, and fried rice). The service was welcoming and pleasant to do business with.
