I'm half Korean and have spent several summers in Korea and can tell you the mul naengmyun is not completely bad but it's not something I'd ever order again and it's certainly NOT authentic. First of all, regular apples don't belong in it, Apple pears are what belong in the dish, secondly and the schedule absolute worse offense was the side of regular American yellow mustard.I have never ever seen nor heard of American yellow mustard being put into this dish. I thought I'd just give it a try and it's horrible, just no, don't ever do this. Extra cucumber strips are over the top as well.Kimchee pancake was generous in portion and crisp but the batter is flat and more doughy/chewy than I think it should be but that's perhaps more of a preference. I like mine lighter and slightly more fluffier and crisp.
Beef bone soup is disgustingly bland. Literally water and boiled meat like you’re in prison. Kalbi is tasty but only enough portions for a pigeon. Took 25 minutes after ordering to get food even with no one in line. I miss Sadie’s Dul so much
