Probably a Good Show — If You Can See It
The buffet was better than expected, but eating it out of a flimsy styrofoam clamshell felt cheap for the price. The real issue is the view. Even with the Splash Premium upgrade, the stage was almost impossible to see.
You spend the first hour staring straight into the setting sun. Once the show starts, the flat seating means rows of heads block most of the action. The lighting doesn’t help either — the stage is unevenly lit and a single roaming spotlight tries (and fails) to compensate.
There’s talent onstage, but the sightlines make it hard to enjoy the show you paid for.

Pros: - Dancers are energetic & talented. - There were some fun traditional elements sprinkled in.
Cons: - Food was edible but not great. - The MC was insufferable. Too many misogynistic jokes, lots of awkward filler, and not funny/entertaining. Too much yapping… would’ve preferred the band playing between acts. - The pre-show was really gimmicky. They kept trying to force the crowd to be hyped instead of giving the crowd something to be hyped about. Awkward.
Overall- total tourist trap. NOT true traditional experience. Can’t believe we paid $177 person for this…

My family of 10 loved the atmosphere and the vibe at the Luau! It felt like an event where we felt like home. The show was amazing and the food was incredible!
My family highly recommend to attend this luau versus any other on the islands! My daughter and her cousins went up on stage and wanted the show to keep going and it was so memorable!
