Food is excellent, but the portion is very small for $17 and they point the tipping tablet towards you in this takeout-only restaurant.

Best poke hands down on the island for me. I’ve tried dozens of poke spots around the island, along with spots on the other Hawaiian island but this place is definitely my favorite! The ahi poke is so fresh!

The sushi is super good and so you need to get here early because they sell out fast. It is a very small hole in the wall shop but clean and neat. I think there is only street parking but I could be wrong.

It's a small location but it packs a punch. The service was quick and the line didn't take too long to get through. The poke is quality and their poi is delicious. Dried aku is a favorite of mines and they have some of the best. Next time I'm gonna try their plates. I look forward to coming back!

Thank you yelpers for helping me find new places to try! I was craving poke and I have my favorite go to place in Oahu fish market, but thought I'll give someone where else a try. Well shucks I went at 1:30ish and they didn't have any poke left but the friendly lady (owner?) said she could make me some. I figure I'll just try the Imari bomb they had and of course I picked up a bunch of other things to try - lau lau, picked ogo, and kimchee cucumber. Inari bomb - I don't know if they were supposed to season it after I ordered it and forgot? It was fresh fish but there was no seasoning on it. I was a little confused when I bit into it. It seemed be like the left over fish scraps from making the poke but it was plain, besides the sweet inari and rice. Lau lau - I'm such a Hawaiian food snob because my grandpa made it from scratch. I mean he made kalua pig too using a traditional imu in his yard. First bite I thought I was slightly salty, but once I mixed it with hot rice (didn't realize they sold poi too,Next time!) it was perfect!! There was no fatty pieces and the meat was chunky pieces with the right balance of healthy yummy green laulau leaves. My new go to place for lau lau!!!! Ogo - man this one is hard. We've been eating fresh and picked ogo for years and so I associate a specific flavor with picked ogo. This wasn't quite it, but again I'm highly biased to a specific taste. I added splashes of vinegar to give it that taste. The ogo itself is perfectly soft but crispy and crunchy! Super good and fresh!! A really nice chili kick too that is perfect. I would order again and just keep adding some apple cider or Japanese vinegar to it. Kimchee cucumber- again I have a specific way I like it and the only place I loved it closed during covid. It's not Korean style but more shoyu (?) based without the chili kick. I love local business and there are more things to try here!! I will be back to keep sampling :)

They are located right across of the park on smith street. On the left hand side. There is metered parking on both sides we were lucky to find parking right out front. We went pretty late in the day so they were pretty wiped out. They had the hurricane (I believe) and spicy ahi and one ginger ahi bomb. They have 2 choices for $15. They didn't have enough for 2 with 2 choices so one had all spicy ahi and the owner Tiara was so sweet and gave us a 1/4 lb of their smoked meat. Which was delicious we pounded it the car ride home and they put sesame oil and it makes it nice and moist. The poke is definitely fresh and the spicy ahi isn't too spicy. Definitely will be back earlier to try more!

Been seeing quite a few posts on this place and I am always looking for another good poke spot so I dragged my daughter out of the house for a little adventure. The place is tiny and the street parking is a bit difficult but there is parking. They have a very small shop and the display case just has about 5 selections of poke. We decided on the Kahiau Special and the spicy ahi. I wanted to try the little poke bomb things but the elderly gentleman in front of us bought the rest!!! 8 trays!! So I'm convinced they're good! I also got a container of fresh poi. Might just be my new favorite poke place for the Kahiau special. I like to taste how fresh the fish is, and not so much the sauce so this was a winner for me! The poi was so fresh and smooth! If you're in the area it is a must try! They close early so get there by lunch.

I don’t want to write a review because I don’t want people to find out about this place. But I have to say this is the best Poke I’ve ever had and I would highly recommend trying the Hurricane poke with the avocado.

The owner is the sweetest person and prides herself with quality food. Their cold ginger ahi poke is my favorite but many other awesome items like spicy ahi bombs, ahi tegue, and smoke ahi dip are to die for. Small shop and go early because they will sell out!
