Stopped by for a cold brew. I was greeted right away, my drink was ready in under a minute and every table has a great view of Waikiki Beach. They have sugar and cream available to add, if that's your preference, a well-priced menu and their full shop is located across the street. These local roasters know what they're doing!
Amazing coffee try the Kai latte
Great coffee ☕️ and pastries 🍰
They don't steam their wand after frothing milk so it has built up crust from all the previous milks. Cross contamination to the max. They also don't wipe down their espresso filter, so every coffee has a hint of already-brewed coffee grounds in it.
I'll keep it short and simple. This isba review from a Black Man.
I walked in for coffee and realized last minute I had forgot my wallet. But the time prior to this I was waiting at the register and an employee (assuming shes the supervisor) was working on coffee behind the register. Meanwhile two of the employees noticed me but didn't (1) welcome me or (2) acknowledge my presence. A taller on with brown long hair looked me dead in the eye and continued walking to the back.
The white woman with blue eyes at the register greeted me after about 2 minutes of working in whatever she was preparing. After I moved to rhe side after acknowledging I forgot my wallet, she went back to working on coffee. Another customer approached the register and one employee immediately greeted her while the supervisor was in the same spot behind the register (she moved after the other employee took the customer).
My question is, why wasn't I greeted the same way the other customer was?
When I presented my complaint to the workers, the supervisor seemed preoccupied with making coffee and didn't take a minute to confirm my complaint and offer a resolution or even deliberate it. The employee that greeted the other customer seemed very compassionate about it and acknowledged my complaint, apologized, and offered free coffee. That was very professional of him. The white woman? She seemed more concerned about coffee than a potential customer and it speaks to her character and integrity. You need to do better because as a businessman obviously you do what's best for your business and thats ensuring each customer is left satisfied to the extent its reasonable even if they dont purchase anything.
She needs to be fired and he needs tk be promoted. I will be speaking to the owner of this shop as he's one of my clients.
Stopped by the coffee shop on the first floor of the hotel and tried the flat white and iced latte. Both were made quickly and tasted good — smooth and well-balanced. The coffee beans aren’t top-tier, but still decent to start your day with a cup of coffee. Overall, a solid spot for a casual coffee, especially if you’re staying at the hotel.
I order a latte with almond milk and a deluxe breakfast sandwich. I definitely recommend the coffee.
We discovered Sky Cafe Hawaii at the Hyatt hotel in Waikiki, and it’s such a relaxing place! It’s located right by an artificial waterfall, which creates an amazing island atmosphere — the sound of water, fresh air, and tropical plants all around.
There’s plenty of seating, and it’s perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a quick snack. They offer coffee, smoothie bowls, breakfast wraps, sandwiches — really convenient and tasty options.
The waterfall adds a special touch — it’s a bit loud, but in a good way! You truly feel like you’re enjoying coffee right on the island, surrounded by nature.
Definitely worth a visit if you’re nearby!
$5 for a mediocre coffee and they want to charge you 85 cents extra for cream. Never in my life have I been charged for cream. She says some people get their coffee and get the cream at 711.
Great spot for a quality cup of coffee in Waikiki! The vibe is relaxed and modern, and the staff is friendly and quick, even during busy times. I tried the cold brew and a cappuccino — both were smooth and flavorful. They also have some nice pastries to go with your drink. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that seating can be limited during peak hours, but overall, a great experience. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

I went twice and the lines were always really long. I got the flat black and macadamia nut. Flat black was way better and delicious.
Great coffee in a convenient location! I enjoyed the veggie breakfast wrap as well
I had the kai latter and macadamia nut frappe, both were 🔥 You get to chill by the waterfall area too
Paid $10 fora large caramel frappe with coffee what I got tasted like neither. Told the barista and he handed me an espresso shot and told me there are stir sticks on overthere.
I highly recommend Kai Latte! Aloha in every cup indeed!
