Worst customer service ever. The staff were chatting about something the whole time my parents and I were at the register. I just gave them 10% tip and they almost throw our first drink to us on the counter. The drink was such a mess, dripping down the cup. Never visiting this location again.

If you're staying at the Hyatt Regency, Kai Coffee is your go-to for a quick and delicious coffee or breakfast. The location is super convenient. I highly recommend the macadamia nut latte and the açaí bowl—both are excellent. Service is always quick and friendly. Plus, it's nice to have seating available right there to enjoy your order.

Great tasting coffee and they also have some substantial food offerings including Acai Bowls and Breakfast Wraps that are quite tasty!

I went in on 9/20/2025 and the employee was vaping and blowing the vapor into the fridge/freezer! So if your food or coffee has a unique taste that is probably why.

The barista are friendly, they help us choose places to go which they didn’t have too but it was nice of them , we ordered coffee one is coconut latte and cold brew, the cold brew is delicious, the coconut coffee is also good if u like sweetness, i didn’t mind it but i wished they offered pour over iced i would’ve gone for it as a first choice, highly recommended and the beach in-front of them is amazing

Visited on 8/16 in the morning and was met with the rudest barrista. I get it was very busy and she was slammed with orders, but it's no excuse for having a miserable look on her face, not acknowledging customers and being rude to customers who had questions. Worst experience ever. She needs an attitude change.
