I ordered two small lattes. Both drinks had liquid overflowing over the lids. Other than our group, the drinks of other guests were clean. If the lid overflows with beverage, it must be replaced with a new lid. While I was replacing the lid myself, I heard employees talking about the lid.

I ordered a Kai latte with a total price of $7.07. Andrew(wearing glasses) asked for $8 and didn't give me any change. This is theft. This is a very small amount of money, but you shouldn't take it without agreement. Get your staff training right again.

You can have coffee and a simple sandwich for breakfast. Moreover, you can purchase 100% KONA peaberry, fresh coffee beans, at a low price.
First, I’m not a big fan of coffee, but theirs is so good, I bought some to take home. The real reason I’m reviewing is because of the staff. They are super friendly and helpful. Even first thing in the morning, they had smiles and made me feel welcome. You have to be there before the sun comes up or the line will be out the door for good reason.

Not as many options as a lot of coffee shops out there, but my God do their options slap. Couldn't tell if I was drinking coffee or smoking a cigar on a beach in Cuba. If you like your coffee weak and watered down, do not go here, but if you're looking to transcend beyond the mortal realm, Kai coffee will get you there.
