Came around 6:30am for breakfast (since we were up from jet lag). Prices are a little high but I feel like that’s to be expected in Hawaii. Service was good. I got uber waffles ($30) & my husband got local style beef hash (or something along those lines. $28).
This has been the poorest service we’ve experienced in Hawaii so far. Even though we ordered first, our breakfast took over 20 minutes to arrive, and no water was ever served. After the food was brought out, there was no follow-up service at all. Feel very disappointed. Once again, the difference comes down to the server rather than the restaurant itself.

Pricey yes but the portions are good and it's convenient being on site of the hotel. Our server Dana was very sweet and helpful. I tried the Acai Bowl and my husband got the eggs, potatoes and sausage. Everything tasted fresh and came out very quickly. We went there about a half hour before closing and it was fairly empty. So if you are looking to avoid the rush and crowds, around 9:30 to10am is a good time.

This place is horrible and embodies everything that is wrong with hotels today - astronomical prices for inedible food and terrible service.
Examples:
- there is next to nothing in the truffle omelet that costs $32, and it was so bland it wasn’t edible
- I’d be willing to bet that the granola they serve comes from a package - just take a whiff of it and you’ll agree. Granola is easy to make. How sad that they can’t make something like this in house using fresh ingredients and the awesome fruits and nuts native to Hawaii
- The fruit bowl has melon, cantaloupe and pineapple that is hard and white. Probably the same fruit they’re serving at Sheratons anywhere else in America. We are in Hawaii. You can’t serve some of the wonderful fresh fruit from here?
- On top of this, the staff is mostly rude and act like it’s a huge inconvenience to ask for basic things like water.
We had breakfast included with our rate, which is why we gave this place a go a few times. I can’t imagine why anyone in their right mind would pay to eat here.
Don’t waste your money here. You’re better off going to the ABC store that’s 2 mins away to get some great papaya halves and pineapple for a fraction of the price. Or head to the halekulani bakery for some amazing pastries that are also a fraction of the price.

It's great to have breakfast here, right next to the beach and enjoy a delicious breakfast while looking at the sea!
I ordered Ube waffle, it was so delicious, they stuffed the crispy waffle with ube cream inside ! $30
Chicken moco also is great but the chicken was too skinny ! $30

Food is delicious. We have been going every morning of our trip and get to enjoy the beautiful views outside. Food comes out very fast. There's a reason why we keep coming back every morning.

The most tasteless expensive breakfast we have had. The veggie omelet was a bit dry and it had only a few finely diced veggies thus no flavor, and the Island hash egg dish, with one egg only, (even though the waiter said it would have 2 eggs), was oily and the pork meat tasted like burnt beef jerky! The potatoes were ok, but overall an oily, tasteless dish. Nice open space with ocean views, good service but terrible food and way overpriced for what you get ( $30 per egg plate average in menu ). Note: Large place and mostly empty.

As an Ambassador, our continental breakfast was pretty ordinary, but all the servers tried to accommodate our preferences... It'd be unfair to not mention my special girls, Taylor and Trish, who provided the best experience for me at breakfast. All servers were great! I miss them greatly! The view is good...
Very tasty breakfast (eggs Benedict, potato’s). Way above average service. Good view. Expensive ($30-40 a plate breakfast) We had Marriott discount. I wouldn’t pay that actual cost.
interesting.. never lineup for this terrible service😂 Meals are just normal american meal not special. And the service I expected was much better than this.

If you expect Japanese service, you will be disappointed. The food in Hawaii isn't usually that delicious, but I think it's above average here.
