Came to this location , gentleman with glasses did not even acknowledge us , the pizza looked old , horrible customer service we just left :(

Ordered from here a total of about 10 times in maybe 20 years. I no longer go there. Pizza is hit or miss in quality. When it is a hit, it tastes like Sbarro but with more options. When it is a miss, it tastes dry and uninspired...even after heating. They rarely have slices anymore so I don't go as the price for their pizza is too high to justify something that is less tasty than Pizza Hut, even. Worst of all are the stoic apathetic stoner-looking/acting fools that run the place. NEVER once got a hello, please, thank you, smile, or even generic greeting. They act like they personally have no future and know it.
Even though I live nearby, I'd rather eat anywhere else, even 7-11.

The take out Boston special pizza we had last night, 7/28/24 was NOT the same as usual than we had many times. Bell pepper, mushrooms, pepperoni and olives were scattered sparingly mostly on the middle of the pizza.Very disappointing.

Ordered though Uber as usual, I did a build your own pizza added my 2 toppings. Build your own comes with standard with red sauce. As there’s no options to pick a sauce. It came with no sauce! $50 pizza so I would like to have what I ordered. Pizza was delivered wrong which is fine but the problem occurred when I called to let them know they were incredibly rude. Said I could come get a new pizza and pay for it. Told me “too bad”. I’ve seriously never been treated like this from a restaurant. I mean a simple sorry let us remake your pizza. Instead lose a customer who’s been coming for 30 yrs. Worth it? And for that your my 1st bad review ever. Hopefully last. If you own a business in customer service try to make your customers happy. Simple.

Our first time to Boston Pizza in Kaimuki! I asked if my pizza could be cut Chicago Style and the lady cutting the pizza said NO! I don’t even know what that is. Then they starting talking about us. ALL THREE OF THEM…Pizza is ONO! The STAFF SUCKS. Terrible attitude. Made us feel very uncomfortable. We will never go back to Boston Pizza Kaimuki. NEVER

Premium pizza with a premium price tag. You won't be disappointed. They are easily one of the best pizza joints on the island, and they know it, and it shows. No dine-in, no slices after 3 (though it changes on the mood of the workers). It feels similar to a small taco truck. Don't like something? Got a problem? Deal with it. They dont need you. Personally? I love it. This is in an a more affluent part of town, so you'll likely see a plethora of reviews from conceited patrons with ruffled feathers about the service. Want to be coddled and have your ego stroked? Stay away. Want some damn good, no nonsense pizza? Bring a big appetite.
