Kaka’ako farmer’s market has really grown over the years! So many great food trucks, fresh produce, flowers and vendors!
Yea and NO- Beware! The 3 of us decided for the second time to go to Kakaako Farmers Market instead of KCC, and go earlier this time to get the best chance at items we really wanted. The expensive ($5) dripped coffee was excellent at one Makai vendor, as was the tomato, mushroom, goat cheese with pesto omelette, and the venison at Forage, but 2 other Makai side vendors, both bakers very purposely sold us a large burnt sour dough loaf (gave us one already hidden in a paper bag after our selection) , and burnt mini custard cakes, both with some little bait and switch tricks-so beware that there are quite shameful “who seemed nice” vendors here too. Over to the Mauka side, in the first row we we found Ma Farms organic produce and picked up great tomatoes, cucumber, and lettuces there, some nice croissants, and other baked goods from the baker next to Ma’s, and some great local honey just beyond them. Then we just missed getting fresh non-commercial local eggs (our main purpose for this trip) in the second row Mauka side. In the back row we found a few produce vendors who obviously were selling a mix of local farm, with non-organic local and commercial produce. So some hit and miss, along with a few unscrupulous vendors, so enjoy yourselves but beware (especially trusting kapuna or tourists) and carefully check any packaged goods that could be burnt or spoiled, before you walk away from any vendor here. Not all is as it seems at Kakaako Farmers Market, but there are real gems here to be appreciated.
Love it! Fresh vegetables, food is amazing
Wow, the dishes that Halle serves up at Kaka’ako Market has me craving more. Super fresh Ahi, beautiful presentation, and the proprietor is a breath of fresh air. Thank you so much!
Friendly vendors and patrons. Pet friendly. My dog and I walk to the Farmers Market from home and he would pull me towards the market entrance. My dog loves to stroll around. Great market. Great vibes. Love this market!

I go here most Saturdays. I really enjoy the diverse products and produce. I always have a fun time and enjoy the vendors. Great place to support our local farmers and small businesses!
Such great local fare. And always so fresh.
So many great truly local farms, food and related products and Ono chefs and bakers...plenny parking at old Ward Warehouse parking structure.
With the KCC farmers market being way too overcrowded and overrun with busses, this Saturday market near Ward Village is a great find. Descent parking available. Close bus stop. Busy, but not congested. Wonderful offerings of fresh produce, bakery, Island products, etc. Lots of locals which is always a good sign.
This place takes 30 minutes by car from my house, but I love to go there because very easy to park and they sell so many interesting yummy foods which I want, include Chinese foods, Jai. Location is word area, so free parking is available a lot of place. 20minutes by car from Waikiki. Ocean front area will good for walking with food which we can buy at the market. Price is reasonable, so I would like to go there every week. Cash, credit card both available. Kids also enjoy Musubi and other tropical drinks. Hawaiian theme souvenirs also available. Please try it to get good food and have lunch at ocean side.
