At work, we have used New Kamana kitchen to cater lunch a few times. The last time, I asked if their sweet potato masala could be made vegan and was told yes, they can make it with coconut milk. It was delicious, made with Okinawan sweet potatoes. I definitely recommend it if you're able to order ahead of time.
They offer a great variety of options, all flavorful and made with care. The portion sizes are generous, and you definitely get your money’s worth.
What made the experience even better was the kind and welcoming staff. They were attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a good meal.

Kamana Kitchen is hands-down one of the best Indian restaurants I’ve been to—on or off the island. Every dish is packed with bold flavors, perfectly spiced (you can adjust heat levels), and beautifully presented.
