Very good unique ramen. First US outlet of Kamakura . Sit at the bar and they serve in a real bowl instead of a Togo bowl. Good prices. The Hawaiian exclusive ramen is good but about $10 more. The regular ramen is perfect.
Gyoza, pronounced like "dumpling", is actually "pot sticker". The fillings are cabbage, leeks and minced pork. It's crispy, not greasy, and has just the right salty taste. It's delicious without adding soy sauce.

I'm glad that the Japanese woman serving the customers was efficient.
Both of the cooks in the kitchen seemed to be Japanese, so I felt at ease.
The taste of the ramen is gentle and truly divine. The surface of the gyoza was crispy and delicious, just like you would eat it in Japan.
The counter is comfortable. If you ask for water, you can get it for free.
