came here at 8pm after hitting the gym, thank goodness they take apple pay lol. we were seated immediately but it took a long time to get our order in, we had to flag someone down. the food came out very fast though. 5 stars for the dark dragon roll, 5 stars for the furikake chicken, and 3 stars for the spicy tuna with crunch roll. the dark dragon was perfectly spicy with a good portion of salmon on top. the furikake chicken was hot and crispy, super tender and moist but I do wish it came with a lemon wedge on the side. the spicy tuna roll with crunch DOES NOT COME WITH ANYTHING CRUNCHY. it's a VERY misleading name and really disappointing when they bring it out and it just looks like a plain spicy tuna roll, which is all it is. overall it's a good spot to go to, we enjoyed what we ate and I'm glad it's open late.

This place is only for local or American. If you know that Sushi or straight from Asia especially Japanese you can't eat there. Taste is terrible just fake Sushi

The food was alright. Sashimi was good. However, the service was absolutely terrible. Worst i’ve had in a long time. The waitress did not know anything about the menu. These owners need to stop hiring young girls who don’t know what they’re doing. Extremely rude and unprofessional. The seats are also disgustingly beaten up. I will not be coming back here again.

We had a wonderful experience dining here. The service was thoughtful and attentive. I highly recommend ordering the sushi boat which had a wide assortment of nigiri, rolls, and sashimi. Fish quality was excellent. The lychee and ube martinis were also delicious.

Service was very fast and I love the presentation of the food! This would be great for large parties. The food was just ok, wish they would have more sauce on the rolls itself. A bit bland and they tasted similar. Parking is not the best in their lot so I recommend just parking near Ala Moana target and walking to the restaurant for a good stroll.

Food is consistent & good.. dishes used to serve are a bit much but the food inside them is yum yum. Music is depressing... really could improve the atmosphere with more upbeat or even cool Asian lofi to match their artsy esthetic & colorful lighting which I love. Love coming for food & comfort but sad or bored vibe and server yawning lol... it's a mixed bag review I know, just looking forward to a more cohesive experience in the future.

Stumbled upon this restaurant while watching a YouTube video about sushi in Honolulu. They did not disappoint! The Lady fingers were amazing! Great starter, the lightly charred salmon with the crab and sauce on top. I'd order them every time. The Boat for 3 was amazing! The sashimi display with dry ice was a great touch. The fish was fresh. The tuna had a little bounce in texture, the salmon was cut to perfection. Overall it was a great experience with great service. The private booths make for an intimate experience.

Tried eating here the other week and ended up leaving shortly after we arrived. When we walked in, no one was there to greet us or ask us how many people were in our party, so we sat down at a table while waiting for an employee to make an appearance. Even the server tending to a large party, which was the only table occupied, didn't acknowledge us. We practically had to flag someone down to get service. Eventually, we got someone's attention, but her attitude combined with the whole vibe of this restaurant was enough for us to get up and leave. No thanks, won't be coming back and don't recommend based off of our experience.
