My mother and I came here two days before my birthday off a recommendation. Ethan, our server was exceptional and we mentioned that we might come back for my birthday. Two days later we came back and he brought out the works for us. He is the man. 10/10 would recommend. Some of the best service we’ve ever had
Wow! The hype about this place is real from the excellent service to delicious food! The chef even came out to thank us for coming in. Our table of 6 ordered delicious honey buttered cornbread, tender char siu flavored tako leg, po'o beet salad ring, naan bread with tiki masala, salmon dip with toast- of course they all had cool names on the menu!!! I had the special rib eye peppercorn steak - so tender with a great sauce that I was concerned would be too heavy on the pepper...
We came for lunch during a dreary rainy day. It was a perfect shelter - warm and friendly service, delicious food, and a relaxed ambiance. Lunch portions are generous, you can easily share dishes unless you're a big eater. I recommend making reservations. There is a small parking lot fronting the restaurant which shares the location with the Olive Tree Cafe, or a short walking distance from Kahala Mall.
