I've been waiting a long time to try them during my visits to O'ahu, and I'm glad I did! Not only did I get to try their classic katsu flavor, but their new Spam Katsu as well! The owner and staff are all incredibly nice and you can always find them at the Kaka'ako Farmers Market on saturdays with their food truck setup!

Got the tamago sando - had really high hopes for this but I feel like they overcook their eggs! It was a little chalky and it kinda ruined it for me. I was hoping for the slightly undercooked orange/runny version you see in Japan. I also think it could’ve been seasoned better and slightly sweeter. Really wanted to like this place but it could use some tweaks!
