The outside of the shop was very dirty, so I hesitated to enter. But inside, two women were preparing food in the kitchen. The display case wasn't very clean, but the tuna I was given as a sample was very fresh and delicious! The tuna they got at the auction in the fish market was amazing.

Definitely a hole-in-the-wall place that is worth the drive out of Waikiki and worth the trouble of finding parking if none right in front. Everything we've had there is good, including several different flavor poke, Kim chi, pickled Cucumber and their sashimi platters. Yes, doesn't look like the cleanest or most welcoming, but the ladies there have been great to us and the food backs it up. And prices are WAAY better than most other place you'll find on the...

If there is one place you need to try on the island, this is it. ????

This was one of the best seafood places I've ever had, everything was fresh and so flavorful that I wish I was hungrier when I initially ate.

I went around closing time, and I wasn't sure what to order. The two ladies behind the counter were very kind and extremely helpful.
