I will not be placing any future online orders from Keith’s Cookies. My first order in 2023 was processed and received with no issues. The cookies are delicious. The second order I placed in 2024 was never shipped or received. After multiple phone calls, I was told they would check into and follow back up with me. Still nothing. I provided the order number to whoever I spoke with both times. They have billed my debit card, but have not offered to send a new shipment or assist any further. Customer service is lacking for their online retail store. A $60.00 order that has never been received after 7 months. No explanation and no refund.

I bought the pineapple shortbread cookies at the NEX which were still expensive and they are NOT good. Nearly flavorless and seem to be overcooked, not good at all!

I wish they would ship to the mainland. I can only get them at the Kaimuki Farmers Market. My favorite is the Mochiko Shortbread. They are not too sweet but just perfect.

It is taking over a month to get a refund on an order that they could not fulfill.The owner claims he couldn't refund my money back to my credit card, even though he could not fulfill my order. Says "check is in the mail" never came. After all the nonsense, I had to contact my credit card directly and file a claim. Like I said, poor customer service. No apology.. Didn't try to make it right. Lost our business. Buyer beware!!
