Had a great time, got there just in time for 1 hour of happy hour to still be going. Kate our waitress was awesome! Her and the bartender were by themselves from 7-8 and every table was full. I never felt forgotten and she multi-tasked like a champ. The food also came out hot and delicious.

This was the first time Iāve ever went out of my way to get the bar tab in order to close it out with NO TIP, in response to a basic inquiry to the bartender regarding the lame music being played. The bartender seemed to hate her job, as she snapped at patrons that walked up to a large open space at bar in order to place their order. The spot didnāt appear to be where other staff, should there had been roaming, would approach the bar, but rather just a random spot she dictated nobody would stand at. This was also the first time a live singer said on the microphone, ānobody likes that,ā and continued to berate me when I whistled in celebration of their performance. I was truly just trying to support/encourage them, and despite one singer seeming to appreciate it, the other had a nasty little response. I was confused because she seemed to be seriously triggered by the one and only time I whistled. Very weird. Uncomfortable. Buzz kill. My group left immediately.

We bought a gift card for a family member here and when they went to redeem it they were told they couldnāt because āit wasnāt activated.ā They took forever to activate it in the first place when we bought it and had to ask multiple people for help, then when the family member tried to use it today to cover his meal they told him he couldnāt because they didnāt activate it when it was bought. So, we are out the cost of the gift card AND the meal, with no recourse or offer to make their own mistake right. Iāve never experienced something like this before. We essentially had our money taken from us.
