Tried to redeem promotion with online purchase and didn’t receive free not receive. Went to store to pick up my order and asked for assistance with my purchase and was told by assistant manager that they have nothing to do with online purchases and that they only prepare for pick ups, did not know anything about online promotions and would not assist in any way!!

None of the deals on the KFC rewards app doesn’t work. And when you try and talk to the employees at KFC, they tell you that you can only do it on the mobile app, but it doesn’t work? I tried calling the stores and customer service and no one picks up. I went to the store, and I called them. I watched the workers, just ignore the phone. Terrible service.

We came inside to eat because we weren’t in a rush. Another customer was laying into the manager about white meat chicken (as if we all dont have enough to worry about 🙄)
The manager handled it with such grace. Props to her. She also handled everyone else in here ordering while that woman was yelling.

I initially wanted the mike’s hot honey chicken but was told it was unavailable and I even asked for the different Mountain Dew that is advertised but all of it was unavailable. Food was cold and stale and the employee( Arolina) at the window was extremely rude and slammed the door in my face when I asked for sauce. She needs to be fired for the lack of respect she has for service members and customers as a whole.

I usually never eat at KFC. So the last time I had it was off the island in Vegas that was good so I was like, sure, let me go here. Yeah, never again. The lady at the drive through was so rude. I was asking questions in regards to their new bowl and she had such a bad attitude and when I got my meal and I didn't open it until I got home. The oil was seeking out of the bag because the bowl is made out of paper. So that was disappointing, and then when I actually opened it. It was like a little bit of mashed potatoes, 6 pieces of chicken and literally teaspoon of corn. For that, to be adult size, never again, and it had so much oil Not able to eat it

Avoid here at all cost Had issues with our order phones don't work went in there to sort it out. Manager says the phone isn't working 🙄 I highly doubt it i think they just don't want to deal with customers. There's workers in there has attitude that talks back to customers act like a manager admit that they don't pickup the phone. Happened sat Dec 14 at 745pm what makes it more worse the manager that night gave a bunk number. I trip on how this location is still going. This is another thing how can your phones no work yet you just had a renovation if there was phones issues they would of fixed the issue then and there while under renovation honestly this location is pathetic and should be ashamed

Food was barely edible but I had just walked from airport and was to irritated and tired to complain.will not return Mahalo:) that thing fries and Pepsi was $17.00.....
The Male employees are constantly smoking cigarettes INSIDE THE BATHROOM.
They also smoke outside right next to the drive though order screen while people are ordering.
Never going there again.

Terri in specific, was very disrespectful. i was the first customer in today just simply because i had to use the bathroom. I walked in and asked a few times nicely for the bathroom code due to the fact that i see padlocks on them.. no one heard me so i did raise my voice just a bit so the guy in the back could hear me.. she comes around the corner yelling at me saying it’s open just go in just go in.. i thought was very disrespectful and not in any way how to greet or help a customer out.. i am praying for her day to be better!! her attitude was insane!!!!!!!!!
