Unfortunately the brown sugar milk boba was very bad, it had no color just straight milk and hard boba balls and all that for 8 dollars.

One of my favorite boba tea spot in town! There's a buy 2 free 1 promotion until Dec 2, 2023! The aesthetic of the store makes me feel like I'm in Asia, the boba is homemade and the texture was perfect. The owner is super friendly and kind - I came about 8 mins from closing time prepared to be turned away but they still welcomed me, took my order without complaint. I liked the feeling of helping local businesses instead of a chain restaurant, because you can feel the passion of the people in every detail of the store. I like that it's not crowded and has plenty of seating. Love love love this place, will definitely come again!
Parking: Limited street parking especially during the day.

10/27/23 - It's definitely my new favorite spot to buy fruit smoothies and shakes. Strawberry banana is really good! Not too sweet and not bland at all. The fruits are not overpowering each other. You can taste the strawberries and the bananas evenly.Service is great as well! The owner is very friendly and really sweet and so is her staff. I strongly recommend you guys try this place. It's cozy and not busy. Also, because they use real fruits, they take their time to make it so be patient, it's definitely worth it.

Got the peach orange lemongrass tea, it was so refreshing I drank most of it before the rest of my order was ready. Also got the mango smoothie with Boba and strawberry smoothie, both made with fresh fruit. The smoothie is so smooth it has an almost creamy texture.

Really great texture boba. I had the oolong milk tea 25% sweet and it was really good. Only thing I didn’t like what that there was a $10 minimum for card transactions which is extremely high.

2 for 1! They just opened in august so it’s a running special. Not sure when it ends but the owner, who was also the cashier was very sweet. The drinks were delicious. I’d definitely go back again to try more on the menu.

So far, I've tried the Peach, Orange, Lemongrass tea, Oolong Milk Tea, King's Tea, Soursap Fruit Tea, and Saigon Milk Coffee. All have different flavors to match your mood. The Fruit teas are very refreshing, while the coffee definitely is strong for coffee lovers. The Oolong Milk tea was also good. It was a little sweet so it tasted like a dessert.
