Scratch Kitchen Ward

The restaurant was CLOSED for renovation. Why would I have been able to make a reservation thru open table if the restaurant was temporarily closed? Very disappointing because we went there, were informed by a sign in the door and had to find an alternative without a reservation.

The restaurant was closed for “remodeling” and nobody called to tell us that they were closed. We spent $57.66 in uber to go to a restaurant that was closed and didn't have the courtesy to call to say they were closed. After going to the restaurant we looked at open table and they were still accepting reservations.

I made a reservation for dinner, only to find out when I got there they don't serve dinner no more

We booked a reservation through Open Table, buy when we arrived the restaurant was closed.

I didn't get to go as they had a note taped to the door saying they were closed. So my overall experience was not good at all!!!

It's pretty funny how the restaurant is closed but you can still make reservation online. I called the restaurant couple of times but nobody answer the phone. So I made the reservation online, received the confirmation and received the text to make sure I will be there on the date of my reservation on that date. I went there with the family and the restaurant is closed.

I ordered the chicken and waffles to go. When I started eating my meal, I noticed that the waffle tasted sour like it was made with old pancake batter. I tried to call the store numerous times to report the issue, but received no answer.

Made reservations and showed up on time but the place was closed. Time on the door had dinner hours. Our reservation was for 6:30pm and the restaurant was closed with no notice

I had dined here before for lunch, so I was looking forward to trying their dinner offerings. Table was reserved and when I arrived with my party, Scratch Kitchen was closed. No sign, no notification. Frustrating that we had to make last-minute changes to our dinner plans (we would have stayed locally had we were made aware). Otherwise I had great food when I visited in the past.

Expensive and overpriced

Booked this spot for dinner on our vacation and walked over half an hour to find out this location is not even open for dinner anymore. Hours have unfortunately not been updated. We were looking forward to this meal, so it was a disappointment to say the least

Be aware of the correct their hours. Saturday, 4PM, says it’s open on Google but it was closed when I arrived.
