Scratch is one of my must eat places when I'm in Hawaii. The food is always delicious, it never misses. It was unfortunate they we unable to serve alcohol since they didn't renew their license. Service was ok. Not great considering it was a pretty slow night. It never ceases to amaze me that the waitstaff fails to bring small plates when appetizers are ordered. Come on..that should be standard practice. Overall a pretty good experience.
The service was amazing, with clean environment and nice waiters. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and hot, and the French toast was full of flavor with the perfect touch of sweetness.
The Food and the Service is always on Par .......I would recommend this eatery to anyone ...... their small plates are always a good place to start and save room for one of their deserts .
