I had dined here before for lunch, so I was looking forward to trying their dinner offerings. Table was reserved and when I arrived with my party, Scratch Kitchen was closed. No sign, no notification. Frustrating that we had to make last-minute changes to our dinner plans (we would have stayed locally had we were made aware). Otherwise I had great food when I visited in the past.
The food was incredible! We got a few of the small plates so we could sample lots of stuff; Brussel sprouts, BBQ ribs, garlic shrimp, fried deviled eggs (the only thing we didn't absolutely love), clam chowder.... It was all amazing! So so delicious. The atmosphere is nice, the staff was great and you can see the kitchen prepare your food which I always enjoy.

Loved the Chicken & Waffles and Mac and Cheese. Solid and tasty food with a touch of Southern flavor. There were so many items we were tempted to order, deserves a visit when we are in Honolulu again.
