Ono, unique, creative, and locally sourced ingredients! We tried their daily special ramen and dumplings (not pictured because we scarfed it down too fast). They rotate these so hopefully we will get to try these specific dishes again sometime soon. The koko moco with the garlic crispy rice was also a must try! The ambience of the restaurant was really cute and the staff were friendly. Be prepared for a wait during peak hours though. We will definitely be coming back!
Editing this review since I’ve been back again! All I have to say is wow! Everything was just as good if not better and we got to try some new items pictured below. The cornflake French toast is absolutely to die for, highly recommend!

Found this place online. It's just outside the main part of Waikiki, but worth it if you can make it there, especially for any foodies visiting. We had two specials, the chicken and biscuits and the pork loin skillet. So much flavor in everything. We look forward to the chance to go again!

We’ve been a few times for brunch and dinner.
The food is hit or miss. Brunch is generally good, diner-style food with a cool twist, but the portions are not large. Dinner items have been both amazing and mediocre, with not much in between.
The service at dinner is generally friendly, but slow (slow to take orders, slow to bring drinks, entrees come out 10+ minutes apart = food gets cold while waiting for everyone to be served, with no apologies) and unprofessional (forgotten items, unfamiliar with menu items, frazzled).
There is a paid parking lot and metered street parking.

Great food and atmosphere. I’m always into their skillet series, so delicious! Sadly they have removed Donburi Chan from their menu though.

I had fish skillet rice was nice and crispy ~~~ the pickles are fabulous in balancing out the whole dish. I love the local veggie! My family were happy with the pancakes and dumplings and French toast.

Everything we had was incredible!! We ordered the fried feta, ulu, garlic rice, and shrimp dumplings. Huge foodies and it may have been one of the best meals I've ever had! Chef Wong was also in the restaurant and stopped by every table, and the price was surprisingly very reasonable
The food was really great and the ambience and service were great. The food came out fairly slow, as we waited about an hour from the time we ordered to the time the food was delivered. We are not sure if the kitchen was short handed or if there were just too many orders at the 7:00 pm hour. While we did have to wait, the food was excellent and we will definitely go back and would recommend this place to a friend.
Food was incredible. And the service was great - Lacey, our server, helped us walk through the menu and our options. It was so awesome we went back two days in a row!

Fantastic food, great servers, everything was just soo good. I'd love to go again and try other things on the menu.
Had the Omelet special with lamb, delish! Egg cooked to perfection, not your hard dry omelet.
Our coffee and water were always filled.
Not your standard breakfast joint... breakfast elevated, so good.

Second time coming here. Very tasty meals. I’ve had their version moco loco with a fried egg, chicken tempura with egg, and volcano egg. The latter was like shakshuka. Great brunch spot away from the tourists.

Been a while since we our last visit - first time back since they moved locations. Our server, JT, was great in that he offered recommendations and checked on us often. During our recent visit, it took about 40 minutes for our orders to arrive. JT was apologetic about the wait. The vanilla biscuit arrived warm and still as good as I remembered it. Hubs went with one of the special omelets (forgot the name) which came with a good sized salad - tasty. I went with the Natty Skillet. Although each component (the fried poke, eggs, crispy rice, ong choy) was ok, for me, there was something missing about this dish as a whole that left me unsatisfied. Usually, I'm a big fan of all their offerings so this was a first for me.
Food and service was great. Hostess lied over the phone claiming there were no reservations or tables available. There were in fact many reservations and tables available so don't let the hosts/ hostess's discourage you from having a delicious meal!
