Fast and friendly service. Tried their food multiple times. Very tasty food at good price. Will go there again.
My wife and I just had a Regular box lunch here...The food was tasty, and since we are vegetarians, there were atleast 5 good options for entrees. Small boutique place seating is outside, if you'd like to sit or you can take out. Parking on the streets or in the parking garage between Bishop, Hotel &Alakea st. Definitely worth eating, if you are craving for a home cooked meal...
When I used to live in Honolulu, and worked downtown, this is my go to place for tasty delicious Indian cuisine. I love their vegetable korma! Not too spicy and just enough amount of food to fill me for the he rest of the day! Fun memories!
They charge extra for using card (debit/credit). The curry varies between a lot or very little. Inconsistent
Wow!!! So delicious! I stopped in during lunch hours for vegan options. She recommended the chana masala which had delicious lentil ball with a side of yellow rice. Really nice family working there and the vegan options are amazing! Highly recommend.
As in takeout Indian, this is a go-to place since my 90s years when I was in tourist industry. Only drawback is that the parking is not readily available and in--front illegal street parking is at your own risk. The parking lot behind HT is 20 per hour.
I’ve never been disappointed by Komala Curry House. Been going to them for yeaaars.
If you are in the mood for some great Indian curry in a hurry and in the downtown Honolulu area, you have got to check this place out. The food is just amazing. So fresh and full of flavors.
One of the worst indian food I have ever tried. Deserves 0 star. If you want to make fun of a cuisine, learn from them.
Like home cooking. The food is tasty, fresh, and made with love!

I tried the chicken dish and the meat wasn't cooked properly.Thatd not how Indians eat there meat and I am an Indian. paratha was ok..I would probably skip non veg here.
Has amazing vegetarian and meat curries. Perfect for lunch.
Lentil ball Tuesday is the bomb!
Seems clean and has eco container!!!! Food is well prepared but very very very very very very very very bland unlike other Pakistan, Nepali, or Indian places I have experienced. If you think of health food store cafeteria like Down to Earth or Kokua or Gorvinda this is similar to that kind of flavor profiles I found a piece of hair in the food. I am not exactly sure if this is mine or theirs as I have black hair and they don't use hair net, so I just asked for another plate with just a little of another entree (equivalent to the left over amount). The owner seems nice and the place is very well lit, hence the mixed review.
Good smiles and good food
