The coffee is good, the pastries are even better. The staff is also very friendly. But it is busy early in the morning. Arrived 15 minutes after opening and there were 30-49 people in line already (took about 40 minutes to get through the line). Just a heads up to plan your time accordingly. But if you’re not in a hurry, it’s worth the wait.

Coffee is good, scones aren't good. Used to be amazing. Got a raspberry coconut scone and it was bad. It was 99.9% scone with barley and coconut or raspberry. The raspberry was as if someone wiped a raspberry on top just in the middle. The coconut flavor was barely there as well. Very disappointing.

2024 Update: Still proper espresso and sensational croissants.. but its really a 40-60minute wait.. granted its a bit quicker if you go later in the morning (but the croissants will be mostly sold out), still one of my favourite places in Waikiki, but there are 1 or 2 other places that do actual coffee if you dont feel up to the queue that day.. just explore.2017: Probably the best coffee and the only fresh croissants you will find in Waikiki. They don't take espresso very seriously in Hawaii, but this was as good as most places in Australia. Croissants were crispy and delish, I think we went a bit late for the choccy ones, but the plain ones and the honey and sesame were both delicious, we will be back many times be offering we go haha.

Awesome bakery and cafe, however they are pretty pricey ($7 for a Kouign-amann), $6.50 for a small latte, and $52 for a 12oz bag of their single origin Kona beans. Iced latte was a bit too milky for my taste, but still pretty good.

Place is over rated. We got there at 10am and the line was out the door. Very poor layout with one to in and out. Limited seating inside, lots of sugary snacks few non pastry items. When you get you drink there are 2 possible areas to get it; we went to one and the rude older kid behind the bar rudely said wait over there opening 2 but then when the drink was ready, you may have guessed it, we went back to the replace ( whee we were in the beginning, to get our drinks. The sugar, tops, etc located on the other side of the line of people coming in. Terrible traffic flow and a rude staff member. So many other coffee spots with better treats and treatment; skip this one.

Australian coffee snob here! If you're wondering whether it's worth it to stand in the line to finally get a half decent coffee in America, I'm here to tell you absolutely it is. All coffees come with 2 shots (not the strongest bean but with 3 shots was absolutely perfect personally). Also, the pastries are fantastic- recommend the ham and cheese croissants! Lastly - shoutout to the staff, you're all unreal. Cheers guys!

Excellent coffee and friendly baristas that somehow manage to remember you even though they have hundreds of customers come through daily.A great selection of pastries too.My wife and I enjoyed the iced coffee.Update: Very long line now, but it moves quickly.

This was an amazing spot to try the real Kona coffee. I ordered a latte and a cappuccino, and loved it. This is location is located really well if you’re planning to stay in Waikiki, easy walk from the beach and other places. The only issue with this is the busy morning lines, I had to wait for 1.5 hours to get my coffee but it was worth it. I also tried their glazed croissant and vegan chocolate cake and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. Highly recommend!

Probably the best service I’ve ever had in my life. I can in 4 min to close but you’d never know that. Everyone at their station as I went around stopped what they were doing and engaged with me, genuinely. It was surreal. They didn’t rush anyone. They knew what I know, and clearly their management knows - if you close at 4pm, close at 4pm, not 345, not 359… 4. Work and serve until then. But this crew took it behind. I felt like i was the first and the only customer in the place. Bravo guys! The coffee, well it was good, high quality. Espresso was a bit, sour. The pull may need adjusted or maybe I’m just not a fan of the espresso but either way it’s good quality stuff.Wheelchair accessibility: Completely accessible and three tables at the appropriate height. Service counters are appropriate height too. Hard floors with nothing in the way.
