I normally just do take out at this location. The workers at the front are very nice and efficient, even if it gets busy! They give out a really good portion of food for their prices, especially the chicken katsu! 😋

Google says they close at 10 but employees were out by 9:25
On a menu it say $10.99 but when you pay for it it's $17 it doesn't make sense

Great food & portion. Terrible customer service. Sweeping & mopping my table while I was eating.

Lots of great menu items fo select from for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Single servings as well as party packs available! Reasonably priced. Average customer service and decent food. Just another L&L location in Kamehameha Shopping Center. Survived the pandemic and is just how you remember it. Even the decor LOL.
We ordered the chicken katsu plate and to begin, the food smelt weird, it had an unusual odor and wasn't the best smelling. We got through some of it and each bite tasted more and more off. We looked at some of the chicken and it was literally pink. the restaurant was gross and smelt weird, dirty tables, slippery floors, and the workers were odd. Plus they were eating while serving customers. Would get a 0/5 stars. Definitely would not recommend

It’s the only L&L I’ve been to in multiple States where they don’t have Siracha. They have Tobasco. If you order the spicy chicken it is milder than mild no spice. Then you ask for Siracha as they chef forgot to make the order spicy the worker looks at you like you are crazy asking for….siracha! The place is also very dirty. L&L needs to audit this franchise for L&L quality control/conformity and cleanliness before the health department does.

Over half an hour wait for a couple scoops of mac salad. If in a hurry beware.

I had to double check when I placed my order. The lady didn't seem to understand me when I was placing my order. When we went to pick up the order she was trying to give us someone else's order. Thank God we have the receipt to verify the order. The food was OK. I've had better. I Don't recommend this place.

The healthy chicken plate was delish! The portions were substantial and prices were decent. Overall, a good experience!

It's about the same as any other L&L. The prices are a bit expensive compared to before the pandemic, but still cheaper than many other options. Also, the food comes out pretty quickly - much quicker than at a diner. The portions are very generous, and the variety is pretty good too. The menu is hard to read. They have stuff that's not listed in the menu (or at least I couldn't find it, even though I know they have it if you ask for it).
Parking: Free parking, usually you can park at the shopping center parking lot. However, the paths are narrow and confusing, and sometimes it takes a bit of time trying to get in/out.
