They are discontinuing all of their vegan offerings with the exception of some macrobs and drinks. Disappointing.

planted @ La Tour Cafe in the Aina Haina Shopping Center offers plant-based baked goods, sandwiches, salads & drinks. Nice remodel from the previous incarnation of La Tour, which I had only visited during the pandemic and they were only offering takeaway. Spacious dining area wirh table and bench seating available. Cashier was nice and polite and mentioned that their new Ward Village location will open in a couple of weeks upon my inquiry. Ordered a sandwich for takeaway and it took about the 10 minutes that I was told that it would take to get out to me. The mushroom dip sando - filled with three different varieties - proved excellent as was the aus jus provided with it. Previously had their falafel banh mi, though at their Nimitz La Tour Cafe locale. But the quality is likely the same and that sando was also very good. I believe they only accept credit card payment.

This was a great place for our large group; everyone was able to find something they liked and there were plenty of tables. This location is good as well because there is a large parking lot. The food was very tasty, from the desserts to the sandwiches, soups and salads. The plant based food options were satisfying. We especially enjoyed the falafel banhmi.Vegetarian options: There were some fun vegetarian options.

The flavors in the new plant-based menu are incredible! Ordered the Fried Green Tomato Sandwich (AMAZING), umami broth soup (on these windy/chilly days, hits the spot!), garlic pomme frites (if you're familiar with this gem at La Tour...no need to say more, sooo good), and the La Tour Iced Coffee (so delicious). Even managed to get my family who has been a traditional customer of La Tour under the prior menu to love the new dishes. :) Thank you!

The place is nice, but this is the 3rd time I've been here since the change over to planted and I just can't find something I like. Today I tried the mushroom dip which ended up being a lightly toasted baguette with an ok amount of mushrooms and then just mayo. I lost my appetite after I started biting into burned bits of crust from either the flattop or their pans. Will be my last time here.

I brought my husband and daughter here for lunch after church. This place is located on the east side of Aina Haina shopping center, and we got parking right in front of the restaurant. The place was completely empty when we arrived. The place was clean and airy, with modern lighting and tables and high ceilings. You order at the counter here, then food is delivered to your table. My husband is normally a carnivore, but I convinced him to try one of the planted smashed burgers. He added jalapeños. My daughter had the same without the peppers along with a cotton Candy macaron, and I had the tomato bisque soup. We ordered garlic fries to share. Fountain drinks weren't working, so we all had waters. Food seemed to take a little long, but it came out probably within fifteen minutes and tasted delicious! My husband and daughter were shocked such delicious, meatless burgers could exist! It would have helped us clean up if the server had left us a tray, but overall, we loved this experience and will be back!

This was our first visit to the Plant Based Cafe in Aina Haina. We ordered the Plant Based Teri Burger and the Mushroom Dip Sandwich. They were so good that we doubted if they were really plant based. The macarons were also plant-based, and we tried the guava and mango macarons, which were really good. Unfortunately, there were no hot drinks available, so I got a coffee from the Starbucks next door. We are new vegans and always have a hard time finding food especially sweets, but the macarons here are just as good as regular macarons. We will definitely repeat our visit.

So fantastic to have a fully plant-based restaurant with great food. I enjoyed it very much!

Hard to believe this is a plant based eatery. Very savory and large portions. Well worth the price!

My wife and I love eating at Planted! They have the best vegan caesar salad that I have had. You have to try it with the crispy chicken nuggets. Their teriyaki burger is also amazing. We usually order two. I am a big fan of their bánh mì too. You have to go early to get their pastries, but if they have the baklava kouign amann do not pass it up. The apple one is excellent too. They both have such a dynamic textural experience, cripsy, flaky, gooey... mmm. I am making myself hungry right now.

I love this place, it's such a treat to come in and get a Mint h20 beverage, a macaron, and a teriyaki burger. I used to LOVE LOVE LOVE the "pork" bahn mi and am sad they no longer have it; I wish they could find a new distributor of fake pork or make their own so they could add it back on the menu. Ample seating inside and outside, clean, friendly staff. 10/10 recommend.

This place is delicious! We had the vegan French Dip and the vegan meatball sub and a vegan Caesar Salad. I will definitely return to buy more plant based macarons.. so ono!!!

I'm impressed that this location is standing up for its principals. Totally plant-based food and totally paperless payments. People who want to see sustainability in action must come out and support it! I usually have a Li Hing Lemonade here - it's awesome! But, I'm on my way to Tokyo Disney and I made a list of all the different drinks and food I'm going to try when I get there so how could I not try the new beverage here!? Very much like the mint julep in Disneyland. It starts out a little on the sweet side if you try to preserve the esthetic of its multiple layers. Next time (and there will be a next time!) I'll admire it a minute then stir it up. That's because i like a tart drink but others may prefer the sweetness.

This Aina Haina switch on regular La Tour is wonderful as it's vegan! We had chickn salad, bahn mi and other vegan goodness. Macarons- red velvet, haupia, cookies and cream and even green tea flavored! The chicken salad can't be beat!
