Service was terrible cashier and other lady who gave the food was also terrible can’t even pretend like they’re having even a slightly good day. Horrible customer service and atmosphere.

After hearing about this place, we decided to stop in to try some of their sandwiches. It was after the lunch rush so the places was pretty empty. I noticed as soon as I walked in that the air conditioner was not working and tables were still dirty with food debris. We ordered 2 tuna melts, 1 garlic fries and 2 regular fountain drinks. This totaled to about $54.00!!! The food was average and was not worth the price. Not to mention, we had to wipe down our own table just to eat. Will not be returning anytime soon if at all.

Terrible customer service. After I took my order to my car, I realized they had messed it up. I went back to the store, and they didn’t even say sorry. They added the correct item to my box and took the wrong one. I really hope they don’t reuse it

Cashier was rude from beginning to end when ordering. Told her bathroom code didn’t work on door, she rolled her eyes and got an attitude. Food took 10-12 mins to get. Customer who placed order inside got theirs before mine so either mine wasn’t a priority or what. Fries were half full.. a bit ridiculous there for charging $6. Food was good but service was horrible. Only giving 2 stars because of food quality.

THE FOOD IS AMAZING. i wouldn’t ever skip a meal from this place. Only down side is the restaurant is extremely cold inside & they don’t really having a welcoming vibe. they just call your number & then you’d retrieve your food. Definitely don’t go if you’re going for a good experience.

I've been a customer for a long time. You used to get the side salad and fries without an extra charge and your meal was served on a plate. Now you are given a box ready for a takeout. Nothing appealing. There used to be a great and unique soda dispenser. No more. The French dip sandwich was very good, but nothing else except for the air conditioning made this a good dining experience. Very disappointing.

Never had a chicken pesto panini before and I have deprived myself from one of the most delicious lunches I could possibly treat myself to. I already knew their lattes were all that and then some, but wow. A new hot spot for me

I got a falafel salad with a guava lemonade.so far, so good. Very expensive, but I was hungry and the baked bread smelled good. . I also got a 3 dollar avocado add-on for the salad. The salad was .. meh. The avocado was frankly embarrassing. It was a tiny thimble-sized container with a watery, gooey avocado mashed mush. Really disappointing. The guava drink was 90% treacly syrup and the rest water. Undrinkable. Won't return
