What I received what not the flavour combination I ordered so hard to be completely objective. I have been on the search for the best shaved ice and I found the syrup thin and very sweet. I prefer the richer thicker less sweet syrup at Island Vintage. There was also only a tiny amount of ice cream and it lacked creaminess. It tasted like ice and koolaid.

If you are ever in Waikiki Beach. You’ll have to put Lahaina Shaved Ice on your itinerary. Worth it, 5 Stars!! I highly recommend any of the flavors that include Condensed Milk. We had ordered Seas the Blue, and Tutti Fruitti!! You will not be disappointed. Make sure to order the regular Size(7”). I’ll definitely go back next time in Honolulu.

Popular shaved ice spot located near a parking garage that’s just take out, shorter hours and accepts cards too. My friends got tutti frutti with mochi and one in a melon with jelly. Nice to share, good quality shaved ice and condensed milk, mochi was good and they give you a straw to also drink but I felt like the end of our shaved ice was very syrup-y. I think I remember some ice cream at the bottom but I felt like this shaved ice was more of your snow cone type with syrup on the bottom. Lots of different flavors and options to choose from. Sometimes there are lines and no where to really eat sit and eat, we had to walk the strip while eating and sharing. Parking is probably hard too unless you’re staying at a hotel nearby, if not there’s probably hotel parking.

I went multiple shaved iced shops during my trip and this was by far the best. The ice is so smooth; it melts on your tongue. They also have a big flavor range.

The staff was friendly, but the overall customer experience was disappointing. There is no seating available, and we were asked to move when trying to sit briefly on nearby curbs. Parking is also very limited, so walking is the most practical option.
There is a sign directing customers to throw trash behind the shop, but no visible trash bins were located nearby. We ended up asking staff to dispose of our bowls because there was no reasonable place to do so. It felt like very little effort was made to make things convenient for customers.
The shave ice itself was below average. Portions of upcharged add-ons was small, and the pricing felt high for the quantity and quality received.
We’d recommend looking elsewhere in Waikiki, especially for families with kids hoping for a better shave ice experience.

The oversized bowl is not cute, you’re guaranteed to spill half. Put them in bigger bowls, also just not that good and def not worth 10$
I really enjoyed the shaved ice it kind of tucked down the side street, but it’s delicious.

$12+ for Keiki size “Mahalohalo”…it looked nice at first but then saw the mochi was artificial and there was hardly any condensed milk and azuki beans. The ube milk had no flavor. Very disappointing. I felt like I was just given a mountain of soft ice. There are other places in Waikiki that serve better quality. The only positive was that the service was friendly. But like the other reviews, this place had no seating, so good luck balancing your dessert for a couple of blocks until you can finally eat it.

The shaved Ice itself is 5 stars but the girl who was there had terrible customer service. Place was empty, we were the only ones there and she was on her phone. Guess she got upset because we took her away from her phone time. They didn't have ice cream but we still ordered one and it was delicious. Just bad customer service.
