I have been here many times during my visits. I’ve never had issues with quality like some reviews suggest, the portion sizes are large and the ice is saturated. There could use some seating in the area and the bowl/straw could be better quality, but the shave ice itself is very enjoyable
The shaved ice here is delicious and the service was excellent! The staff is friendly and helpful with figuring out order options for kids. They are flexible with requests and really just good people. The service was quick too.
The line built up while we were there so I could tell this was a great spot for shaved ice in the area. We were very happy with our purchase.

This shaved ice is so authentic. You’re not getting crystals here. This is ice dust.
They have DAIRY FREE coconut cream to top off as a snow cap if you are lactose intolerant such as myself! HEAVEN!!!
