This location Is at the Whole Foods in Kakaako on the first level by the entrance. We purchased two acai bowls. We got the Acai Superfood (banana, blueberries, organic quinoa puffs, organic cacao nibs, organic goji berries, organic hemp seeds, organic chia seeds, granola, honey) M $14.95 and the Acai Monkey (banana, peanut butter, organic cacao nibs, granola) M $12.95. They were both good, but I liked the Superfood more. I loved the crunch from all the seeds and berries, especially the goji berries. Those were sweet and crunchy. The peanut butter from the Monkey actually blended very well with the acai. While they were both good, they weren't exactly my favorite acai bowls. I like my acai frozen like sorbet. These were soft and on the mushy side. It's just personal preference.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Management really needs to get on their female employee at the whole foods location who is extremely rude. Tried to order and seemed like it was a huge inconvenience - received an eye roll. They were no where near closing. Tried to be polite but continued to receive rude responses. Turned and whispered something to her coworker then started laughing. My smoothie was then extremely watery. I love this place, but the service is horrible and I will not be returning.

This Lanikai Juice is located inside of Whole Foods. As you can see, service can be a little spotty. Sometimes there's someone there to greet you, while other times you need to flag down service. Lanikai Juice is popular in Hawaii and the smoothies are pretty good. They have a lot of options so you're bound to find something you like. They also have some extras so that you can customize to what you want.

I would give 0 stars but the app will not allow it. Staff was rude/unfriendly and the smoothie just taste like Iced water with a hint of banana. I was very loyal to Lanikai juice for several years coming in at least once a week however this will be the last visit of my lifetime. I would recommend going to any other acai/ smoothie shop if you are searching for good service and quality ingredients.

I went to this juice place and ordered Da Green juice. I asked them NO pineapple because of too much fructose. What did they do? Very little greens and 3 full apples ? It was like having apple juice. I wanted them to redo it, but they refused to do it. I ended up trashing it because it was undrinkable. I also asked them for an immune shot and it was horrible. ? Additionally, I found out after the fact that they do not use organic fruits and veggies. Horrible experience. If you go there make sure that things will be done the way you like it because after all you are paying them a fortune for fructose juices with pesticides. Ugh. What a bad moment.Dietary restrictions: I am on a sugar/fructose restriction, but what they did is the opposite. They made pretty much apple juice (3 apples) and hardly any greens unit.

Workers on cell phone ignoring customers standing in line, the "juicery" closes before the rest of the business...

Female worker is so rude. I mentioned to girlfriend how rude the girl was there and she said she doesn't even go there anymore just because of that. One of the other workers saw how rude she was a tried to cover for her an apologize. Don't work in a service industry if you hate your job or people. Management this is an issue

I come here at least 5 times a month. Anyways great smoothies, bowls and juices and usually great customer service but a little brown gremlin was working Friday afternoon and they don't know customer service. So first, I'm walking into the store the gremlin store worker is walking out and instead of opening the door for customer who's coming to spend money at your establishment she ducks around me and lets the door close and doesn't even say a word and I'm looking at her like gremlin manners? I know you work there. Anyways, I continue to order my smoothies. Mathew was there and he was very helpful and had wonderful customer service so thanks to Matt feel bad he had to work with that gremlin. Gremlin comes back don't know what she was wearing because I thought you were supposed to wear A shirt that has the name of your establishment. It's wearing Nike clothes and Jordans at work but I guess that's just me. So gremlin comes back and helps the next person doesn't even offer to help Matt so she ends up making the food and smoothie of the people that came in after us then continues to help the next person. What do you know gremlin has a friend. She hugs her and then gives her a discount, bottom line is doesn't really seem like Gremlin is there to help make money for the company at all it seem like all she was doing was trying to dress up and play and I mean I guess I understand because how would a gremlin know manners and customer service? Anyways, if I come in and I see her working, I'm gonna turn around. I don't want to give any of my money to the company while she's there and I especially don't want to give her any tips. If you're gonna hire gremlins, teach them customer service. Here's a picture of a gremlin working hard or hardly working. You decide. When I was there it wasn't working.

Friendly hardworking staff. Most of the store is blocked off... not sure why. So very limited seating. Aside from drinks and blends, they have a lot to look at.

First time trying Acai bowl in Hawaii. Definitely took it to another level. Nothing like what I had back home. The hype was real!

I wish I can like this smoothie shop but I just haven’t been able to find a smoothie flavor that I like.I am super disappointed with my “smoothie” because it quickly turned into juice! I like my smoothies more thicker. After 15 minutes I am basically drinking a fruity juice. The cashier was nice and friendly but the unfortunately all of the smoothie’s I have tasted are not up to my standard.

Great smoothies when you catch them open. This one is inside a Whole Foods and they are always closed sooner than they should be. I’ve come to this location twice this week and they closed early. Their hours should align better with the store or move out.
