My family love the açaí bowls so we're a frequent customer. Had good experiences at Kahala location but not so much at Ala Moana/Ward location. Sadly... there's usually Nothing special to say about the service there, which is normally average so-so & not-friendly. I guess they must be unhappy and it shows, sometimes the service is damn rude. Ran into extra rudeness today. I order the usual and pay. AFTER I paid, the girl asks me if I knew about their new rewards program. I replied "no" and started to ask her how to sign up. At this point she dismisses me completely to take the order of the next person behind me. . Pretty rude to cut me off abruptly. I looked around the register and saw a small piece of paper with a QR code, then scanned it and finished signing up. Then saw another small sign pushed off to the far right that says "rewards account must be presented before placing order." Wished rude girl had thought to say something sooner. At least açaí bowl was still good. But I wonder if the customer treatment will ever improve.

This is my first review, ever and it is because my son loves this place so much he wanted to leave a review! My kids favorite place to get açaí! They have the nicest and most attentive workers. Our order isn't the simplest and she remembers it better than i do, as their mom!

Got there right before they got busy on a Sunday morning. The staff were friendly. It's a "made to order" place so it took a little bit of time to make my Açaí Monkey bowl. Well worth the 5-10 min wait! The açaí bowl was filling and delicious. A great snack or meal replacement. This was the Kaka'ako location. There was not a lot of seating in front of the store. There is some seating in the courtyard area. Parking is free for the first hour. So we ended up eating in the car.

The smoothies and bowls are great. If you want bottled juices you have to get the timing just right.

I typically like this smoothie place first time this happened but just warning others on 1/28/24 food poisoning after drinking the smoothie it had banana whey protein dates and peanut butter or almond butter and almond milk very bad stomach ache diarrhea for my husband

They have some great juice options that are reasonably priced by its surroundings. Staff is nice & courtesy is shown. The service was quick and tasty. I only get the juice but the bowls look good too!

The drinks were good, made from real ingredients. The woman behind the counter was also very friendly , helpful, and patient.

Best açaí bowl hands down. You get so many topping and it's quite filling. They have parking so now I worried there. The location is pretty small so I usually take mine to go.

Good juice, smoothie, and service. The business hours have been changed since October 1. Today, I arrived there at 4:49PM, the store looks closed for the day, and the female employee was cleaning up. Luckily, she took my order and locked the door almost right after I left. LOL

I just wanted to give a shout out to Aiko at Lanikai Juice. My husband and I had a bad experience at another location, but were really craving our usual Monkey Biz bowls. So came to this location and they did not disappoint. It was perfect! Not only that but the customer service was great! Aiko was so nice, like usual. Here's a picture of our delicious bowls.

Friendly, helpful people behind the counter. Great smoothies. They readily substituted vegan protein for whey. Fun location. We'll be back!

I usually only get the doctors green smoothie here when I feel like I need a little health kick. The smoothies are made with fresh ingredients and is probably why it's pricey. But with inflation Jamba Juice is just as expensive and prob higher in sugar so why not!

My favorite place to go for juice in Hawaii. So sad. The one in Waikiki closed but I can still walk to the one in Whole Foods Market. I try to go there every day when I'm visiting Honolulu.

We usually go to the Kahala one, but been to the Nimitz, Kailua ones too and we get our Fav.Like it better than Jamba Juice as it's more healthier.
