Delicious
I enjoyed banana fudge and an oreo cookie crunch. Yummy. The ice-cream was so rich and smooth.
This is a must do stop when at or near the Hilton Hawaiian Village resort! Their ice cream is so thick and creamy with some traditional flavors but lots of unique Hawaiian flavors! Great portions and some tasty waffle cones.
Your greatest risk of going here - is that you will want to come back!! Lost track of how many times our family went back!
They also have some great pastries for the morning or other times of the day. They open early and stay open until late.
Stop by and see if you can find your favorite flavor!!
Have been eating Lappert's ice cream during our various vacations to Hawaii over the years. Love their flavors. I consider them an integral part of a trip to the islands.
My family (of 6) loves going to Lappert’s and this was our first time visiting in the fall. They had new fall flavors we were excited to try but after just a couple of us tried a sample there were 2 employees who kept asking “is that all?” with an unwelcoming and sour attitude. Felt very unnecessary as we were polite, in there for probably a total of 2 whole minutes and there was only one other couple in line behind us. If you come here be expected to be treated poorly.
Best ice cream I have ever eaten in my life.
Amazing ice cream! Line can get long at night but the workers are very fast. Definitely recommend!
Best ice cream on the island
Some of these reviews of people complaining about service being too nice must be insufferable to deal with.
The coffees great, the people are great, the ice creams great!
So many flavors!!!
This is our first time in Hawaii, so since we were staying at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, we decided to take a stroll to explore the plaza, stumbling on this little gem. They had so many flavors to choose from, but in the end, I got a double scoop of Pineapple and Auntie Mabel's Lilikoi Dream. Both has delicious and distinct flavors that hit every single taste bud. It was a party in the esophagus!!!
My wife got herself an iced white chocolate mocha, and she said it was YUMMY, with the flavor running circles around Starbucks!
This is a must-do for any first-timers to the island and definitely a repeat for when we return...
A HUI HOU!

Was going to get a coffee, but got an ice cream instead. They're very generous with customers in ice cream samples. I tried their popular kaua'i pie ice cream. She purposely scooped a lot of macadamia nuts for me to try. Unfortunately it was really sweet, so it wasn't for me.
I tried the Kona Coffee and Kona Java Lava ice creams. The both had strong coffee flavours, but the Kona Java Lava one had chocolate sorbet laced in the ice cream and the flavours were so good.
Waffle cones are pre-made, so it kind of crumbled as my ice cream melted, but the taste of the cone was good.
Lots of people came for coffee, so maybe I'll come back for coffee another time.
I’ve had the best Ice cream ever here
Try luau delight 😍😍😍
Perfect ice cream to go with the friday night fireworks
Lappert's Hawaii at Hilton village. You'll get treated like a tourist, a little over pleasant sweetness. It's nice but it comes acyas fake, because it is. They get paid to treat you overly nice. Personally I'd prefer a resp human interaction over one that's paid for.
The baked goods are good. No complaints and no OMG moments. The coffee was good but it's really hard to mess up coffee. The ice cream is just the same as any medium quality ice cream.
If you're around Hilton village get some baked goods. Leave the rest. If you want coffee get it some place else.
The ice cream here was pretty good. I did not love the flavor I got but overall pretty good ice cream and nice place to grab a sweet treat.
