Jerky cashier. Also the system is set up so that if you click no tip on the checkout, it won’t let you advance. You have to tip at least 15% to close the tab.
Ice cream is excellent. Most of the ppl are pleasant. Cashier had a nasty attitude. HHV location.

It's ice cream, and it's delicious. Visited a few times on the trip. they have lots of flavors and they make their waffle cones fresh. If you like a nice treat after dinner, i would recommend having a nice treat here afterwards! Tip - come here at around 7:15pm on Fridays and watch the fireworks at the Hilton for a nice evening.

Highly recommended ice cream, dessert, and coffee shop in Waikīkī located within the Grand Hilton Hawaiian shops. We stayed at this hotel and I wish I got to at least try their coffee. I went one evening upon closing to finally try their ice cream. There was a long line that went by very quickly, they have both indoor and outdoor seating and the smell of the fresh waffle cones is quite attracting. I asked what the most popular flavors were and there were a ton. I got a split single scoop in a waffle cone. It was Oreo cookie crunch and caramel coconut macademia nut. I devoured my ice cream while walking back to my hotel room. It’s right next to the parking garage so if you are coming or going to the beach, an event, or the luau here then you have somewhere to get a sweet treat!

Ordered a coffee and a croissant in the afternoon, they clearly both sat out since early morning. Made it through 1/4 of the drink and 1 bite of the pastry before I tossed them both, waste of $20.
