Nice creamy ice cream but rancid nuts in the Macadamia Nut ice cream spoiled the treat.
I once passed by the store around 8pm and there was a line, so I decided to give it a try. 2 scoops of banana fudge and coconut pineapple in a cone. It was delicious ♪ When I was worried about it, they let me try it, which helped me a lot! The corn wasn't particularly delicious, so since I'm a cup person, I thought I might try a cup next time.
Even my wife praises this ice cream shop! The nuts were especially delicious!
I went there three times during my trip, and when it was extremely crowded, I handed my card to the cashier and paid, but it must have been a mistake, or the customer behind me had to pay. 🥲Cry.
If it wasn't for that, I would definitely give it a ☆5 rating.
Have gone here everyday for our 7 day drip. Shaken cold brew is amazing!
Staying at giant resort complexes is not my favorite, but the Lappert’s at the Hilton complex in Honolulu definitely makes the experience a lot better. Service is fast and friendly, and the staff are a breath of fresh air in a sea of spoiled tourists.
Great ice cream options close to the beach, and amazing sorbet options for lactose intolerant folks like me. I tried their coconut blend, mango, and pineapple over the course of several days and will definitely be back on my next trip!
Excellent coffee, delish ice creams and mango bread is out of this world. You can’t miss chocolate cream cheese muffin!
A bit pricey, but expected for its location
Lots of selection, dairy free options, fresh waffle cones
They also have pastries and coffee and cold drinks
My 3.5 year old loved his chocolate oreo keiki cup with sprinkles
This is a hidden gem! Best ice cream I ever had! Their ice cream is very creamy and they have several different flavors, it’s hard to choose one. You can’t go wrong.
I ordered a double scoop of KONA COFFEE and AUNTY MABEL'S LILICOI DREAM. Both Kona coffee and Lilikoi had flavors that felt like Hawaii and were really delicious!
It's a bit pricey, but each scoop is so big that it's worth it. Very satisfied ♡
This is Hawaii's favorite ice cream!

I had the Kona Supreme coffee and it was excellent. My wife had the iced coffee special and my son had two scoops of ice cream. Everyone was very pleased. I will be getting my coffee there everyday this week!

We ate here after the fireworks at the Hilton on Friday!
It was quite crowded and we had to wait in line for about 20 minutes, but the ice cream and cones were delicious and well worth the wait.

Lappert’s distinctive Hawaiian flavors and smooth, creamy texture was truly a delightful indulgence, well worth the wait.😋
Excellent service, excellent staff, terrible ice cream. It tasted like cold milk. I got a couple of different flavors in my cup and my sister and I had to throw the ice cream away because it was so terrible.
