I am normally not one to leave a bad review, however I was very disappointed with the food as well as the costumer service. I ordered what I thought was a fish katsu. When I called and explained the poor quality of the food (it looked like fish scraps) the owner did not apologize once; instead she raised her voice and argued with me. I ended up having to go back down to show her. Even after seeing the food she said nothing was wrong. Reluctantly she refunded my money.

I ordered a combo plate with spicy pork and bbq chicken. The meat is not marinaded which leaves the palate a bit sad. But, For the price $8.80 it's hard to be negative. The cashier did let me know when ordering that the food would take 10 minutes to prepare. And, was thanking me at pickup for waiting for the food--others after me opted to grab the pre-made bentos when notified of the wait time.

Came here during lunch, for once not testing the limits of my speed walking ability and staying out of Chinatown. I decided to try the loco moco since I hadn't had one in a while, it was cheap, and they had an extensive burger menu and loco moco is basically a burger (?). It came out quickly, with mac salad--pretty good, the macaroni was more al dente than muchy which i prefer--lots of rice, gravy and eggs. The eggs were sunny-side up while I prefer overeasy, but I persevere through the partially runny whites. The portion was huge--it was enough for two meals. There was a good proportion of everything too--enough hamburger for the rice, and enough gravy for everything. I didn't even need to ask for grayv all over. One considerable downside was that the burger was a little mushy. I don't think it was undercooked, it probably just had a lot of breading and, as I typically cut the patty and egg into pieces and mix the whole thing when I eat loco moco, it was kind of a soft mass that tasted like brown gravy--which is delicious nonetheless, but I wanted to add pepper, or tabasco, or something to give a kick to the flavor of the smooth textured dish. Nonetheless, solid place for lunch. I hope to try their Korean food next.

I've been working downtown for years. I've walked by Lee's countless times, but never got anything to eat there because the place always looked ratty and nasty. Well, today I went in and ordered their hamburger steak plate lunch, and it was the most disgusting thing I've ever had. I couldn't finish it. I ate maybe a fourth or a third of it before I gave up. I'll never go back there again. No joke.

If you're looking for some "cheap eats" before the start of your work day, this is the place to go. This place is my go to when I want a quick and cheap, but hearty breakfast. For less than $3.00, their "breakfast A" consists of rice, spam, 2 link sausages, 2 slice Portuguese sausage and an egg they way you want cooked. Can't beat that. For breakfast, they also offer already cooked breakfast bentos where you can just pickup one up on the go. For lunch, they have a variety of Korean BBQ / local dishes such as meat jun, kalbi and chicken katsu. So if you're ever looking for Ono, bang for your bucks meals, this place is tucked in the Pioneer Plaza building off Fort Street Mall. There are plenty of seating areas outside the restaurant. Side note: Be sure to have cash handy if you decided on getting their cheap breakfasts as you're only allowed to use your debit/credit cards with purchases of $5.00 or more.

I come here for lunch all the time. The tofu salad with soba noodles is good (spicy dressing). But my "go-to" is always the salmon salad. It comes with sprouts, cherry tomatoes, cooked salmon, a little imitation crab, shredded carrots/cucumber, and sesame dressing. It's in the grab n go section, but if they have run out and you don't see it- don't be sad - they will make you a salad fresh.

This place is amazing! First time coming to this place and the food was delicious and cheap, they weren't skimpy either. I still have half the plate left over for tonight. I was reading their breakfast specials and they have like 5 options with the cheapest being about $2. Definitely want to try, this is such a good find in downtown! Side note: I love Korean food and they have really good kimchee

Great place for a quick grab and go meal. They have premade bentos and salads which are pretty good. They also have a decent breakfast menu for a fair price.

I love their bentos and salads. The bentos are little morsels of a lot of stuff, fully packed. Today I got the mochiko chicken, shrimp and gyoza bento. Next to that there were the little bites - a slice of taro, some tempura items like carrot, zucchini, carrot/onion, then gobo (I think), scrambled egg, meat jun, along with the usual daikon, ginger, and this wonderful green leafy thing (gomae?). I could only eat half, the other half will have to wait until tomorrow. Then I also ordered a mochiko chicken and crab salad with avocado. That's for dinner. Ono stuff IMO.
