Very bad. The workers here bad service. They all are liars, they said the wait time is 10-25 minute, yet we waited for 1 hour, just for the food to be burnt and almost tasteless.

I placed an order for Taro Rolls (6 Pack 3X); 2 Butterhorns; 2 Apple Butter Squares; 1 Banana Boat online! First off, if one of the items is DISCONTINUED (LIKE THE APPLE BUTTER SQUARES), THEY SHOULD DEFINITELY REMOVE IT FROM THEIR WEBSITE!! ALSO, THEY ONLY GAVE ONE PACK OF THE TARO ROLLS WHEN I ORDERED 3 PACKS. IN ADDITION, THEY ONLY HAD ONE BUTTERHORN WHEN I ORDERED 2 OF THEM!! WHEN THE CUSTOMER MAKES THEIR ORDERS, THEY NEED TO FULFILL IT AND NEVER FALL SHORT!!! BASICALLY THEY SCREWED UP THE ORDER!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER EAT AT THEIR RESTAURANT OR ANY OTHER PLACE AGAIN!!!! ONE OTHER THING, I MONITOR MY PAYMENTS CLOSELY! WITH THAT SAID, IF ANYTHING GETS COMPROMISED, LAWSUITS RIGHT OUT THE WAZOO!!

This is a really large bakery that was recommended to try the Loco Moco - smashed hamburger steak with gravy, rice and egg. A Hawaiian specialty to be had at any time of the day - breakfast, lunch or dinner. Don’t knock it till you try it! There was plenty of food, plenty of gravy and the hamburger was great flavour.

There was a queue system with name for the table that didn’t take too long. You can also make reservations.

Food came with their signature fried bread bun and jam (tastes like strawberry ice cream sauce)… delicious but probably soaked in butter!

It took the staff a while to notice me. After my food was served, the staff rarely looked in my direction, which made it difficult to ask for anything additional.
I visited with high expectations based on the positive reviews, but the food did not feel particularly special, and the overall experience was unsatisfying. I hope to see improvements in the future.

Visiting all the way from Texas.. Food was absolutely delicious! I had cheeseburger and the sauce was amazing. Husband had chicken and waffles, it was delicious! We ordered a scrambled egg on the side and it was so softest egg we've ever had! Waitress was ao nice. Atmosphere was delightful.. Definitely recommend

The food was incredibly delicious — fresh, flavorful, and the portions were very generous. We left feeling completely full and satisfied!

The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better.
Such a cozy, welcoming place with great vibes.

The server was great the only critique was we ordered a strawberry lemonade and we were given strawberry lemonade tea. On the menu it says they have a strawberry lemonade but I guess they only sell tea. Kinda sad we are stuck with tea we didn’t want. They should make changes to the menu so people don’t get misled. But the food was good. Waffard and pork roast were delicious. Rolls and liliha jelly were great as well. Might bring some jelly home.

Service was fast but the food was mediocre. We came at opening and they said we couldn’t order the chicken and waffles for an hour since the fryer wasn’t ready. Seems weird to have something in the breakfast menu but not have it ready at opening.
