May have over did it on the cream puffs but no regrets. We walked in the rain since we accidentally parked on the other side of the mall. The lady at the counter was nice enough to give me a bunch of napkins to dry off haha.
For the matcha and regular cream puffs. Pretty good! Wished the matcha had more of a matcha flavor tho (just a personal preference)

The foods are well prepared and delicious, and I highly recommend their guava ice tea.

A family-style restaurant in Hawaii.
We split the loco moco with fried rice and the oxtail soup with saimin noodles.
I ate it easily with the taste that Japanese people like.
Thank you for the meal.

Restaurant was great at Ala Moana, service was good - highly recommended and would give 5 stars. The bakery section was not. Service was really poor today, Monday Nov 4th! Pulled a number and waited patiently for it to be called, while people that came after me were served first. If you’re not using ticket numbers, please turn off the number counter. Also, the coffee counter bar was a major thumbs down! My wife had been waiting to be served and NO server came by. Zero stars are well deserved.
Perfect for tourists. Kama’aina don’t bother.

The poi donut, eclair and breakfast menu are absolutely amazing. We went twice during our week vacation in Hawaii.

The poi donuts were so good, with a mochi-like texture. I brought them to several work meetings. I also loved the haupia masalada.

We are such big fans of Liliha Bakery that we decided against going to the original this time on Kuakini and tried out International Market Place. Liliha always has the best breakfast comfort foods so we knew we were in for a treat. Their butter rolls still tasted delicious, however, I did notice that their menu was a bit different than the original Liliha in Kuakoni.
The service was great, quick and on par for sure. It was so busy at just 8:30am but we were able to sit down immediately. The surrounding stores do not open until 10am but you are free to stroll around and sight see.
It's definitely a nice restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating but nothing beats the old school diner feel with eating at the breakfast bar and watching them cook your meal right in front of you like the original Liliha Bakery on Kuakoni.

We went for the loco moco which is a very popular breakfast in Hawaii and it was a massive portion. You can choose between white rice or fried rice, we got both and they were both amazing. Highly recommend this restaurant as it’s friendly, clean and reasonable prices with great tasting food. The little butter rolls with jam were great too! They also have a very famous bakery attached to the restaurant, so make sure to grab a few things before heading out. Overall, great experience and you won’t be disappointed at all.

Food quality is 80% of zippies slightly affordable little bit salty for my taste.
Service was very good and fast. I'm not sure if I would come back. But good to try at least once.

Usually I have a great experience at the original location, but the Ala Moana location was a major let down. My lovely server took my order and went to get my beverages. Within 5 minutes, my food was already there. Seems like a win right? Wrong. It’s clear the chicken on my plate had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. It was the toughest chicken I had ever eaten, it was dry and had the consistency of rubber. I would have much rather waited 20 minutes for fresh food than eat this. Please prioritize the taste of your food and not just efficiency for efficiency sake on a very slow Monday evening.
