Meal Lunch No reservations required
Japanese, no menu, staff available
Internet environment ahamo overseas use normal
I came in around 2pm for a late lunch, but there was no wait and I was able to be seated right away.
There is no Japanese menu, but there is an English menu on the website, and there were Japanese staff on the day I went, so I don't have to worry.
I ordered a mahi-mahi sandwich (with clam chowder), loco moco, and a drink, and it cost $74.12 including tip.
Both items look like American size, but they don't feel mushy or flavorful.
I was able to eat deliciously until the end.

Food was great. The cashier/ server seemed bored, she coughed downward toward her hand then served us our food.

Best Loco Moco I have had on the Island. Highly recommend! Food came out fast but did take a while to be seated even though it was not busy.

I did not dine-in. I bought some bakeries.
Price - GREAT (in Waikiki's standard)
Presentation - GREAT
Taste - GREAT
Varieties - GREAT
Service - GREAT
Location - GREAT (3rd floor)
It's on the 3rd floor, so it's not so crowded. But it is at the heart of Waikiki, so the location is good.
This will definitely be my go to breakfast place in my future Waikiki visit. They have this green tea croissant, really good! And the Poi Donut is our kids's favorite.
I wish I got to take some photos, but we were too hungry. You can see photos from other people's posts. They look the same as what I saw and consumed this morning XD.
Kid-friendliness: kids would love the food. Spacious outdoor seating area.

Our tour guide Uncle Charlie said we had to check out this bakery, I think they have multiple locations. I was a kid in a candy store. Everything was wonderful. A sweet girl at the counter helped me decide what to try. Everything looked amazing.

The cream puffs and coco puffs were ok. Nothing special. The puffs were not as soft as I would have expected.

I had the loco moco. The hamburger was fragrant and very delicious. Also, I received some bread to take home, and it was very delicious.

Food was sub par and way over priced. Our server was sweet but clearly very flustered. The ambiance was beautiful. I wouldn’t recommend but it wasn’t a terrible experience either. Don’t recommend upgrading to the fried rice it disappointed.
