I've dined here on both Tuesday and Friday, and the service was consistently outstanding. On Tuesday, a friendly waitress with a ponytail seated us immediately—water, hot peppers, and peanuts came right away. She took our order promptly and delivered our soft drinks without delay. On Friday, a short-haired waitress provided the same attentive care: quick seating, immediate water service, and efficient order taking. Both experiences were fantastic, with great food and exceptional service. Highly recommended!

I go here for all my Hawaiian snacks! My friends and family love them. This place is a secret gem with yummy desserts and smoothies too! My favorite is almond smoothie with custard.

The best shave ice on the island. Staff friendly. Old school crackseed. Price is reasonable.

While my car was being repaired next door, I stopped by this coffee and snack spot and had a wonderful experience. They offer every kind of dried snack you can imagine, along with sweet drinks to pair with them. It’s the perfect place to take a break while in Ala Moana.

I've been a frequent customer for many years for their variety and prices. On my last visit on Tuesday 8/26 I purchased a crack seed bag that I didn't realize had a hole in it. It leaked into the bag on my way home. I came back today and asked for an exchange. The sales person asked for the reciept, but I unfortunately didn't have it anymore. I gave him my name, confirmed the date of purchase, and gave my credit card number so he could check. He couldn't find my purchase. The original crack seed bag was clearly unopened and unused with sticky liquid seeping out of it. I brought it to them in a clear ziploc bag. The male associate in a pink shirt and long hair told me he couldn't do an exchange without proof of purchase. Who else (meaning which other store) would I have purchased this from?! I ended up buying more snacks as I was on a deadline, but never again. Horrible customer service for a defective product and horrible business model. If there's a hole at the bottom, it meant bacteria or something could've seeped in. I own a business, always go above and beyond for my customers and found that to not only be severely lacking here but non existent.

I saw this place as a vendor of authentic Hawaiian snacks in a travel book. It is a locally owned shop and it has a huge selection of sweet and savory snacks with different flavors. As someone who had no ideal about any of this, I asked for help from the shopkeeper and the lady walked with me across all the aisles, made recommendations and gave a really good overview of their inventory. With her help, I bought a ton of snacks and have already nibbles quite a few. They are delicious, and the taste is really original (unlike anything, I ate before). Overall, a really cool place with a huge selection that does not disappoint.

So happy I happened to come across this store while visiting in January. They have such a large selection of different candies and other sweets. I picked up several things from here to give to my coworkers back home. The pineapple gummy bears were a hit at the office! For myself, I got the Li Hing raspberry sour belts and they were so good! Sweet, salty, tart, sour- very interesting combination but I snacked on them for the remainder of my trip. I highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area. So many things in here would make great gifts for family, friends, and coworkers! Or as a treat for yourself to commemorate your trip to Hawaii.
