I usually order online but I finally got to visit in person! It was super hard to find but once I did I shopped until I dropped. They have so many combinations and teas! The workers were super helpful and would go to the back to retrieve ones I couldn't find more of on the floor. Absolutely love their blends!

We love the Lupicia tea and we’re so excited to go to the shop, because where we live there isn’t a shop. We spent over $200 of tea, buying our favorite ones, but the mister at the cashier was so unfriendly and unpleasant that we wonder what we have done to deserve it. He doesn’t seem to enjoy working in sales.

Always stop by whenever I come back home to buy some teas to bring back to the mainland as gifts or for myself. The staff are very knowledgeable and are able to explain information about each leaf or blend.

πŸƒ More of a gift shop than 15 years ago but I'll take it 😊 Such wonderful selections. Unique.

A famous tea shop in Japan. We also have a limited edition set for Hawaii. Good for souvenirs. The price is reasonable.

As a tea lover, you must go! So I visited. The store was clean and I was happy to get the Hawaii limited edition series. However, I once again realized how wonderful the Japanese Lupicia store clerks are. Many of the people there were a bit unfriendly, and there was no atmosphere like in Japan where they offered customer-friendly suggestions or encouraged tastings.

I have never seen or smelt so many teas in my life, this place is a Tea drinkers paradise. There were so many options it was a little overwhelming, but the staff was amazing and willing to help with any and all questions.

Great tea store. Spent some time to find a store like this (not a boba tea store). This place sells loose-leaf tea leaves and in tea bags. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I am impressed at that attention to detail.

Elegant environment and nice smelt fruit flavored teas.

There were some products exclusive to Hawaii. I chose Hoku. It smelled really nice.
