Other than we were in a rush, our experience was great! But our food was delicious and our waitress was super nice! Thanks, Elaine. :)
It was ok was better service & food once upon a time but after pandemic things have changed a lot. I was expecting more after reading reviews about their menus etc... so in my opinion it was ok liked the new entrance they created by the lobby bat instead of down the hallway but the restroom needs a lot of work though it was already bad last year. Food was so so u wasn't impressed at all.
I was extremely upset to arrive only to find out that the prime rib buffet on Friday & Saturday nights have been discontinued. While the OpenTable page for this restaurant no longer mentioned the buffet, the OFFICIAL PAGE of the restaurant STILL says they offer the buffet. The employee at the host stand SAID "you did not note that you were interested in the buffet or we would have called you to tell you it's no longer available." WHAT? Why should I have to note that I'm expecting to have the buffet when your website SAYS YOU HAVE A DINNER BUFFET ON FRIDAYS & SATURDAYS. It was a very disappointed experience from the very beginning. The server we had also seemed spread very thin. It took a while to get our drink orders as well as drink refills.
The food was great and the service was excellent. Calm and comfortable environment. Mona took great care of us and made our meal memorable!
Great Happy Hour menu and prices. I would like to have seen Kamaaina and Waikiki workers discounts offered. Decides that, the food was delicious Mahalo!
The banana fosters pancakes were amazing. Also had the Hawaiian breakfast burrito that was also perfect!
Went for the seafood and prime rib buffet every Friday and Saturday night as stated on their website and reserve a table that takes you to open table. Made a reservation expecting for a buffet but when we arrived they no longer have the buffet. It ended in February. We were celebrating a special occasion and to our disappointment when we got there, no buffet. It was too late to make a reservation else where for buffet. Made the reservation weeks in advance someone could've let us know ahead of time so we could have made other plans for another buffet elsewhere. Very disappointed.
Larry took great care of us and had a fun personality. We enjoyed our breakfast and interaction with him. Thanks Larry!

Most of the big, fancy restaurants were booked for Christmas dinner, so we ended up at Mac 24/7. Like many restaurants in Waikiki it is overpriced for ok food. My daughter did really like her salmon and my fish tacos were good. My husband said the $49 ribeye was more like a $25 steak. Nothing special. The place was not packed, but it took over an hour for our food, so that was a downside too.
