10:30 p.m. reservation, waited 20+ mins for a manager because staff couldn't process my gift certificate; I didn't order until 10:58. Came for the Mac Daddy Challenge (site says it's all day; also not on the menu) but was told “kitchen closing soon.” If that were publicized, I would've come earlier or gone elsewhere. Server was literally running around, tables were dirty, and the robot server just drops food that sits getting cold until a waiter removes it. Coffee wasn't hot—twice—and still showed up on the bill. Overall, misleading info and disorganized service.
Upon arriving for our reservation we found a sign stating the restaurant was closed. No one present, lights off, no information why. There should be better communication between establishments and the reservation service when this occurs.
We arrived for our reservation only to discovered the restaurant had closed. We were not notified by Open Table plus we had a notification to confirm our reservation. Open Table should have notified us. Not happy customer.
We arrived to find out that the restaurant had actually closed down, which was very disappointing since we made a reservation through OpenTable and weren't notified. When we walked in, we were told to go to the bar to order, then seat ourselves. There was only one waitress who seemed completely overwhelmed, and the food prep area was covered by a curtain, which didn't feel very professional. The space was extremely hot with no airflow, and the menu was very limited with hardly any choices. We decided to leave without eating. This restaurant system really needs to be updated or shut down on OpenTable so customers aren't misled..
Great breakfast menu items and vibe + robot bringing the food is a fun touch

In my opinion there’s a lot better spots to get breakfast in Oahu.

Portion size was large. Our server was fine but not spectacular. It was a little loud but we were there on a weekend morning.
Amazing gluten free (gf) mochi pancakes — delish and great texture, service was fast!

We have visited this restaurant every year while Vacationing in Hawaii, This experience was different.
The food was not fresh nor hot when served. The robot brought out the food uncovered and he was not friendly.

Our server, Mona, was absolutely the BEST! She was a highlight of our entire trip. The food here is amazing, you get so much for the price, and it’s delicious

Great food....had something for everyone...even picky eaters. Had pizza....bit different but tasty. Had beef Thai salad which was amazing.... Korean chicken had a great sauce. Very good sized portions...pick 1 less meal for no left overs....or do the pancake challenge and roll back
Calamari appetizer didn’t come before our meal and honestly I wish we hadn’t gotten it. Not very tasty, but very expensive. Thai salad was good. Loco Moco was ok. Pizza not good.
