The food wasn't the greatest. I loved my fish n chips until the last piece of fish, then it tasted too fishy, so I had to spit it out and not eat the rest. The fries were excellent, though. My son had the Margherita pizza and loved it!! My daughter had the spaghetti and ate only a few bites. My husband's Loco Moco wasn't great, so he only ate a little. The coolest part was the robot that delivered our food to the table. Our server was sweet, and seemed to be the only server there, though there was someone behind the bar, no one sat at the bar.
This place was great. We ordered a bunch of the shared plates and my girlfriend and I enjoyed all of them. The order came out on a robot! Great drinks, plenty of choices on the menu for everyone. The booths are spacious and comfortable. Being 24/7 in Waikīkī is awesome.
our waiter had a very stink mouth with no greeting. the food took forever to come out. the food was junk. fried fish taco was hard and expensive
shows open until 10pm got there at 9:04 only to find out they’re closed. waste of time
The food at MAC 24/7 is everything and I do mean everything. You have to try the pork belly with the fried rice and eggs, but what really made it special was our server Pam, she is such a lovely person, please ask for her if you visit !
5 stars for Sandra our server. She was so kind and great! Made the whole dinner experience with my family worth it with her happy and positive attitude.
Do not come here if you are looking for safe dining for gluten allergy or celiac. Go to Lulu’s Waikiki instead, where they have a wide variety of gluten free items and DO make the effort to avoid cross contamination, unlike this restaurant.
Serving sizes are quite large, will definitely be served enough food to fill.
Excellent pancakes and Thai salad. Our hostess was kind and warm. So glad we made the stop.
Other than we were in a rush, our experience was great! But our food was delicious and our waitress was super nice! Thanks, Elaine. :)

It was ok was better service & food once upon a time but after pandemic things have changed a lot. I was expecting more after reading reviews about their menus etc... so in my opinion it was ok liked the new entrance they created by the lobby bat instead of down the hallway but the restroom needs a lot of work though it was already bad last year. Food was so so u wasn't impressed at all.
I was extremely upset to arrive only to find out that the prime rib buffet on Friday & Saturday nights have been discontinued. While the OpenTable page for this restaurant no longer mentioned the buffet, the OFFICIAL PAGE of the restaurant STILL says they offer the buffet. The employee at the host stand SAID "you did not note that you were interested in the buffet or we would have called you to tell you it's no longer available." WHAT? Why should I have to note that I'm expecting to have the buffet when your website SAYS YOU HAVE A DINNER BUFFET ON FRIDAYS & SATURDAYS. It was a very disappointed experience from the very beginning. The server we had also seemed spread very thin. It took a while to get our drink orders as well as drink refills.
The food was great and the service was excellent. Calm and comfortable environment. Mona took great care of us and made our meal memorable!
Great Happy Hour menu and prices. I would like to have seen Kamaaina and Waikiki workers discounts offered. Decides that, the food was delicious Mahalo!
The banana fosters pancakes were amazing. Also had the Hawaiian breakfast burrito that was also perfect!
