We enjoyed the teriyaki burger served medium done. With the addition of the sauce the burger was soggy after a while, but was still tasty. Ordered onion rings and it was cooked to perfection. Give this establishment a try.

I liked the burger, I can honestly think it was better than in and out or five guys places. I ordered the number one which is the Cheese Burger the burger was juicy, it comes with the fries too which it also was good. Will definitely come back in my next visit.

Grass fed meat but they cook their fries in toxic canola oil and spray canola oil on their buns. Suggest an oil change to coconut or butter. I’m always okay paying more for better quality healthy ingredients.

A few years ago, I stopped by because I was attracted by the Incredibles-style illustrations of gyaru-style hula girls (lol), and it's become my favorite shop ever since. I stop by when I want to take a short break. It's a good size because it's not too big like the American size and it's just the right size for easy eating.

I went alone on a Friday after 8pm in mid-December 2024. Since it was very close to the Sheraton Waikiki where I was staying, I went to the food court to look for something to take out to eat at the hotel, and I ordered a cheeseburger ($14) at this restaurant. The cheese, onion, tomato, and pickles matched the thick meaty hamburger steak and it was very delicious. It also came with french fries, which was enough to fill me up. There were 6 words for ketchup, and I thought some people would use that many, but 2 was enough for me.
Woke up, jet lagged and starved. Walked to the food court and found the best BBQ bacon burger I've had in years. Mahalo.

So I heard of this place as one of the “Best” Burgers in Honolulu and as a huge burger person, I was intrigued! Being that this is my first time here in Hawaii, everything here is an experience, even the smallest activities and interactions!
The Burger here GREAT! I loved it, my girlfriend loved it, we really enjoyed our meal. It was juicy, their secret sauce was awesome, the whole burger was very tasty. However, the experience is half the battle, and our experience wasn’t great. It’s almost like it cast a shadow over the food and we couldn’t fully enjoy it.
Our interaction was with an “Ericka D.”, her tone was rude from the start and it seems like every customer that approached her got the same interaction. It almost seemed as if I couldn’t even have time to think about my order, that she needed it immediately so she can continue doing something else other than the job she accepted. As if anything else was better than servicing us or other customers.
I really really enjoyed the burger, but the experience with Ericka ruined it. I leave Hawaii here in a few days, debating on the idea of even coming back because of it!
